It has now been 24 days since we moved out, I notified him on the 31st that we had moved out and cleaned. According to Vermont state law, he has 14 days to provide me with a statement of why he is not paying, or a check-- he has done neither. Multiple attempts via email,texts and phone and no response... We called Advanced Energy when our boiler was shut off by the gas company due to high carbon…read moremonoxide levels. Ryno had a tight schedule that day, but he understood the trouble we were in - no heat or hot water in October - and made time for us. Our boiler is 15 years old, and the gas company tech recommended that we replace it- a process that would cost $9000 and take over a month to get the new boiler and install it. Ryno came over and thought he could fix it for much less than that. It took some work, but he eventually tracked the problem to a bad gas valve, replaced the part and got us back up and running. Through it all he was kind, helpful and communicative. I can't recommend him enough.

Put in a new boiler 2/18 did not have new zone pumps at the time of the installation. After the…read morework was completed he dropped off the new hardware and stated the system would have to be drained and he did not have time to do it. I paid him all but $150.00 and told him that would be the incentive to install the new parts. The brand new $8600.00 boiler has a leak so I called him for a repair. He then indicated I owed him $500.00 but he didn't make an issue. It's been over 3 years and all he had to do was install the parts that was he was contracted to do. Have called 3 times and not getting any return calls. Do not deal with this person. You get a tail light warranty(once you see the tail lights the warranty is over) and the job was not completed. So now I have to go to small claims court to get it taken care of.
