We have been buying refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc at John R Appliance for our rental properties for many years now. They are used appliances but they are all cleaned up, tested, and repaired if necessary and John R warrants them for 90 days. They also can arrange for delivery and can take away any previous appliance that is being replaced. In our experience the things we have bought have worked well and, since tenants can be hard on appliances, we don't feel the need to get new ones when used seems to be a better value. They have lower end to premium brands and the prices are in line with what you select, but not all that different. The guys there may look a little rough but they do know what they're doing and deliver good value, and they don't bite...at least so far.

She first mentioned that would be difficult. Then she said they wouldn't schedule a visit for a Friday. They only send out technicians for stacked units on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Why not just spit it out that you don't want to service a stacked unit and stop beating around the bush? Ridiculous place. I was willing to put up with their 5 hour window for a day as it was, but forcing me to take a day off for them to come when it's only convenient for them is not good for me. Decided to lot move forward with them, since they don't seem consumer focused much.

Terry showed me that one plus another option for the same price and made some helpful suggestions that made the decision very easy. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. Their delivery fee was very reasonable which included removal of the old machine putting in the new one, hooking it up and running it to make sure it worked. There's a 6 month warranty, if anything should happen they will come and fix it and if it's not fixable, they will replace it. They set up a very convenient delivery time for us. They were on time with that as well. We appreciated their service so much, that we returned a week later to purchased a refrigerator!
