Terrible experience with Noble Appliance. I ordered a $3,000 appliance, paid via Zelle, and clearly specified my Texas delivery address. They admitted in writing they shipped it to California by mistake. I have texts, screenshots, and videos proving their error-I'll attach a screenshot of their admission text to this review. Management hung up on me and refused a refund, even though I had to buy a replacement elsewhere. I'm now gathering evidence for small claims court due to their unprofessional behavior. Our built in KitchenAid refrigerator with custom panels matching our cabinets died...and it has doubled in price since we purchased it in 2008. It is no longer available with ice and water dispensers in the door, and Grandma, who lives with us, relies on these. I did not look forward to purchasing a new one for $11,000 so I started looking around the internet and found a GE Monogram that fit the bill, but again, the price is astronomical. Eventually I found what I wanted at Noble Appliance. Brand new but open box with a manufacturer's warranty, and not paying taxes (it was shipped out of state to me in Florida) helped offset the shipping cost. The entire process was exceptionally easy and Patrick Williams was every bit as exceptional as well. In truth, I was also swayed by the fact that I was dealing with an established appliance dealer with several mortar and brick locations who already has a decent reputation. I negotiated an extended warranty at dealer's cost and in total easily saved 25% off of what I would have paid retail. The refrigerator was prepared for shipping by Noble Appliance in a truly outstanding manner. Mounted on a pallet, it was first shrink wrapped, then covered in bubble wrap, then a custom box was fabricated with 2X4s, 3/4" paneling and wood screws to protect it en route. It arrived in perfect condition. I just paid $100 to have the old refrigerator hauled away. It's amazing how nice it is to have a refrigerator in your kitchen. Thank you for all of your help Patrick. The next time I need an appliance I will start looking at Noble Appliance and ask for Patrick. You should too!!! read more

So very disappointed that my attempt to support a small business turned into a lesson why I should not support a small business. I had to almost beg to get a delivery date. I contacted the store manager 3 times over a 10 day period to find out why no one had called me to schedule. He never had an answer. When I finally stated I wanted a refund, the delivery department miraculously called to get me scheduled. I received my first bill a week before I finally received my washer. My daughter had a good experience with them a couple years ago. My experience was the worse I have had in over 40 years of running a household. I will never, ever purchase from them again, nor will I refer anyone to them. The best part about this experience were the delivery people who were professional and knowledgeable.
