Wow, this place is amazing. Great team of professionals. My daughter just purchased a 2016 Kia Optima Turbo. This car was absolutely beautiful, clean and ready to go. From the time we both walked in, we were welcomes by Agustin. Earlier that morning we seen an Ad for this care. So I called and an Agustin answered, spoke with him briefly then ending the call with maybe we'll come by. The impressive part was, we walked up to the car, and from behind a gentleman approached us with "Hi daughters name". Agustin addressed us by name and its was a pleasure from there on. Typically, I make it a point to purchase my cars from a larger dealer. However, with the service we were given. I am sold on being open to smaller dealerships. We spent quite a bit of time there, almost a walk out. If it wasn't for Chris the Finance guy, we would not of been able to make this purchase. Chris worked the number for my daughter who had a couple dings on her credit report. She was almost at a super high interested rate. But Chris was diligent, went back several times. I believe this was to cash in some favors for this deal to to happen with lower month payment. AND THAT WAS amazing. Chris YOU ROCK!! In addition, I truly feel you had my daughters interest at heart. I later that evening shared my experience with my husband. He agreed, with those comments from Chris really showed you cared, not just to make a deal to get this young lady a car, but really taking in her circumstances to make this deal affordable so she can handle it. These people sold me a car with no rear view mirror. We signed a due bill agreement for them to fix my passenger door which was dented and install a rear view mirror. Not only did they refuse to fix the rear view mirror. They fixed the door dent and incorrectly matched to the original paint color.. the door is off black.. as a single mother I put down $12,000 in cash to be taken advantage of. I followed up with the owner about my rear view mirror, they had my car for a week fixing the door and returned my car with no rear view mirror. After telling me they had ordered the part from Lexus dealership, as much money as I invested in this car I could have got a brand new Lexus off the lot, I am ashamed that these people run a business in this manner. ( which is a whole other rabbit whole of events) 8/7 - Check engine light comes on, took vehicle back to the dealer. 8/15 - dealer says car is ready for pick up. (It's not codes we're just cleared) 8/18 - check engine light comes back on with even more codes 8/24 - Authorized Audi dealer diagnosis the vehicle needing $9,000 in Engine & Suspension repair. 9/7 - Second in depth diagnosis vehicle needing $11,000 in engine repairs. Head Gasket shot and coolant leak. The car is leaking coolant internally into the engine and mixing with the coolant. The car has been in the shop for diagnostics longer than it has been in my driveway. Now I have a car payment with a car I can't even drive. The dealer says there is nothing they can do because I didn't purchase there two day warranty. Regardless of the technicalities imagine buying a car you are so excited about only to find out that the head gasket is shot and has internal damage that could only be discovered by diving it and removing the supercharger. In addition to this purchase they add a AMS Patrol Fee of $1499 AND ETCH fee of $1499 on top of what ever the listed price is. Which I would have been fine with if the vehicle operated correctly. How can an honest business sell this to a client? I went there to look at 2 potential cars that fit my preference. Mind you, I am coming from San Pedro so information is crucial to my decision. I looked at the pictures on line, and both cars looked good (No damage in the pics). I called and asked about the pricing for them, and they said the price is firm but that's the price minus Tax, Title and license. I though, ok fair enough. I took an Uber out there based on possibly purchasing one of these cars. The First Car was a complete wreck. There was pitting all over the front bumper and mirrors, and definitely hit on one side and had been terribly repaired using bondo. The Carfax was clean on this car. Terrible. I drove it, and was not impressed. The second car was a little better body-wise, so i drove it and was ready to do the deal. We go into the office, and all of a sudden, all these extra charges were rolled into the price (Paint protection, Alarm, Fabric guard, etc). Obviously up-charges. I was very firm on what i wanted to pay, and thought it was a good number, but they refused to take off all the up charges. Why would you need fabric protection on a car with 100,000+ miles and paint protection on paint that is pitted? First lesson on selling cars.... I am basing this purely on my experience in researching a car that they had on the lot. Luckily I decided to read reviews by others that went through the entire process and thank God I did. Many people complained about the old bait and switch with the sales price being one number and then being jacked up several rhousand dollars by the time they signed the paperwork I decided to ask the sales person for the OTD price and lo and behold there was an additional 2500 in dealer fees. When asked about them he did admit that there were 2 fees-1 for a low jack insurance like contract and 2 for a VIN etching. Y'all can Google that BS VIN etching fee-you can buy the etching kit on Amazon for 20 bucks-but they're going to charge you 2500 for both, or, just for me, he was going to give me a discounted rate from 1500 to 1000 for the low jack like contract. Once I told him that I have never been charged fees like that from a dealership he said it was mandatory on all of their cars. I told him no deal, that's a deal breaker for me. That guy couldn't have cut me loose any faster if I was on fire. He did NOT like being called out for junk fees. Almost all dealerships charge additional fees and that's totally understandable, but I've never heard of a $38k car get marked up to $46k out the door. Apparently tax, title, and their fees add an additional $8k, and $4k is for their "theft protection" aka just a tracker in the car and other useless gimmicks. You can't opt out of getting the gps tracker, this car also has an accident reported compared to another one i've seen which I got quoted $41k out the door. This dealerships and others in particular that also use deceptive pricing to lure in people buy cars from salvage insurance claims and auctions from other states to fix them up and reregister the title in California and it wipes the title clean. Bought a car from them in 2021 Guy who sold me the car fully admitted he can't drive legally bc of a DUI which I should've taken as a red flag. While test driving it, I asked if it had been in any accidents was assured it was not. I go in to talk about prices and instead of 14k like it said online it bumped up to I believe 20k. I then asked again now for the Carfax, the DUI guy distracted me somehow and I never saw the carfax (my mistake). I purchase the car and find in the glove box an envelope stating the previous owner had taken it to get repaired due to an accident... mind you also the paperwork they had me sign showed at the last few pages how it's in perfect condition no accidents, is that legal? Idk but it was complete bullshit. I called them to see if I can just get a refund and return the vehicle which they said no, I contacted a lawyer but he was looking to be paid pretty much my down payment on the car to fight my case which he knew he had enough evidence to fight against this fraudulent dealership. Bad customer service. Came here to look at a Lexus ISF. In order to test drive a car they have to run your credit. Seems unnecessary, but went ahead and did it. After test driving the car I pointed out a few things that were not working. Center AC was out, one fog light was out, and hood struts did not work. I let the salesman know of these issues and was told that there mechanics could fix these issues. I went inside to talk numbers with the "money" guy. He gave me 2 options and they were both horrible. I told him I was pre-qualified and would be going through my own bank for financing. Once I let him know about that he started giving me a bad attitude. I then asked when they have the repairs that I pointed out completed, to give me a call. A few days later I give them a call asking for the salesman who told me that the repairs would be done. The "money" guy answered the phone telling me he didn't know anything about anything, and that I would have to get in contact with the salesman that originally helped me out. I asked to speak to him, but was never able to get a hold of him. I tried calling a few more times and would only get there voicemail. This was a bad experience from the start. Car was listed at $26,999 and they were trying to offer me financing for $39,000. No details about anything, bad attitudes, and horrible people skills. Only thing this dealership has going for it is the inventory. I am surprised this place is still in business. Strongly recommend not going here. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Been trying to reach them regarding a refund they owe me and they give me runabout answers every single time. They never reply to your emails unless they're trying to get you in the door, they lie about calling you back, and even trying to go in person ends up with a useless explanation that could've been better left over the phone. I got treated far better at a damn Toyota dealership. At least they reply to my emails and calls. For them, it's always, "we'll give you a call later," "we'll let you know when it's here," or, "that's not my problem you have to reach the finance department." After 5 months of having the car I decided to write an update on the actual car sold. I came in to replace my tires when the mechanic came out to tell me that my tire pressure sensor was TAPED on. The replacement fee was $70 PER tire. This is so the low tire message won't appear on the dash. Total $280 I was also not told the gaskets were leaking and I had to replace them for $30 a gasket. Total $120 My catalytic converter was soft and is now about to go out. General price for this is $300-400. Please make sure you inspect the car thoroughly before buying here so you won't be stuck with all these unsuspected bills. Went to check out a 2011 135i and first thing I did was pop the hood to look for leaks and first this I see valve cover leak as well as oil housing leak, hood struts didn't work paint was chipped and cracked in multiple places. Best part was as soon as I started it it said the coolant was low lol so coolant leak as well. Overall car was junk yes they look nice online but goddamn was this car bad I feel bad for all the people that bought cars without knowing what to look for. I purchased a 2014 BMW 535i from here. It had very low mileage. For the most part, visually the car seemed like it was well kept. Unfortunately a little over a month later, I started to notice the motor fan is overworking. 2 days ago, I went to dinner and the car prompted for me to pull over while I was on the freeway because the car was overheating. I had to pull over because the car started to power down. I had to wait for it to cool off before attempting to start it up again. I took the car to get a diagnostic and it turns out there a whole list of things that need to be addressed. There's items on the list that seem like they should have been addressed prior to placing the vehicle on sale. The major issue with the car seems to be that the water pump needs to be replaced and the oil filter housing is leaking. I of course reached out to Peter the finance person, and told him what's going on. Of course, he reminded me that I did not purchase a warranty at the time of sale and that had I done so this would have been covered. What really disappoints me is that some of these issues such as the bushings being cracked; both rear differential out shaft seals are leaking; valve cover leaking; The Power Steering wasn't even flushed. These all I would think, any reputable dealership would have addressed prior to selling a vehicle, for at the very least ensuring to maintain a consistent and noteworthy reputation. Referrals and reviews/research are after all, very useful resources when searching for a vehicle. It's notable to mention that Peter has been courteous and did offer to ask his service team for a quote to fix my car, but honestly, I wouldn't have thought all these things would have come up. It's unfortunate to have this feeling of a bad experience, but I think the only way to try and make it better is for something to be worked out between myself and this dealership. I can only hope that they do whats right for the customer. read more
