I started out last Sept 2024 just testing the waters with Ms Lawson and it proved to be all that I was hoping for and some. The studio is nice and quiet and very therapeutic. Kimberly is gracious and kind and oh so magical with her hands. I'm not joking when I say if she touches you you will feel sickness leaving your body. It's not something that can be explained, you must experience it for yourself. I have severe lymphadema in my left hand and arm to my shoulder. two days ago I had my first full body lymphatic massage and it put me at rest and to sleep. I was without the usual pain when I awakened and am looking forward to my next massage next month.

The pressure was good, that I might have fallen asleep. However, there was a light tap on the door before April's sister Wontu showed up. Won't enteted the room and the two hands massage became a four hands massage instead. April and Wontu did not preform an synchronize massage working from my neck down. Instead, April continued working on my back, lower back and top of my gluteus maximus. Wontu started working on my feet and slowly worked her way up to my gluteus maximus. The pressure was just right from both ladies. It has been a while since I had four hands massage, but the offer was there, and I took it. Not bad for my first time here and it's double the flavor and double the fun... a reffence to an old commercial if you know what I am talking about. Wontu's massage continued up my legs as April finished with my arms. The leg stretches and the arm stretches were most enjoyable, seeing as my body was twisted in different directions with decent pressure and force. Having two women working on my gluteus maximus and thighs is..., was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. Having my gluteus maximus massaged, stretch and squeeze like Play-Doh at the same time for each cheek is a rare experience. I will have to do it again. The team of Wontu and April then switched positions and massage continued. The witched between soft touch to medium massage made the massage different and enjoyable. The touch was a good touch. My Erectile Dysfunction would have prevented me for doing anything even if it were a bad touch. Yeah, it sucks, but life goes on. I am digressing here... I would like to say both April and Wontu used the minimum amount of oil to get the job done. If you wish to have more oil on you, simple speak up and let them know. If you do Four Hands Massage, each lady equals 30 minutes each. I decided I would do 90 minutes for Four Hands Massage, but it eventually turned into 2 hours. April ended up doing the last 30 minutes by herself. Wontu talked me into adding 30 minutes more. All of this happen, but not before turn over with the cloth still covering me. I choose to keep the oil that was used on my skin because it wasn't a lot. I also don't tend to use hot towels if they aren't inside the massage room already. I go with paper towels in the room. It keeps the massage therapist in the room and I do not experience possible moldy smelling wash cloths. It all works out. Once on my back, Wontu started massaging my neck and shoulders while April massaged my feet. The relaxation could have put me to sleep, yet again, but I have discovered something when you do fall asleep during massage. You miss all the heavenly glory of the massage. I feel like I cheated myself out of experiencing the massage even though it feels great. So I did not fall asleep during the great massage. April continued working my legs to inner thighs as the pressure got stronger to accommodate for the larger muscles. Wontu worked on my chest and stomach with just the right amount of pressure. To much pressure and you might end up needing to use the bathroom in a serious way, or end up soiling yourself on the massage table. Luckily, I have not experienced the soiling myself on a massage table...., but I am digressing yet again. Wontu and April switched positions yet again. The massage continued until it's climactic conclusion. The four hands massage had me wanting more, but alas, I just couldn't do that. Wontu and April's Four Hands Massage is one you will want to try out at least once. If you do want to experience this massage, you are better off calling and setting up this kind of appointment instead of a walkin like I did. I have been to this establishment one other time after this experience and both April and Wontu did a one hour session with me. I can write an account on this experience if you would like. As of now, 5 Stars for this outstanding experience.

5/8/26 Part 2 Of 2…read moreThe massage on my gluteus maximus wasn't the best massage I've have had, but the Blood Stone did feel great on my legs, lower back and the small part of my glutes Tina did use the comb on. It is an experience worth trying at least once. Tina also combined elements of Thai Stretching along with The Blood Stone. Yet the fun had only just begun. I was asked before the massage began which oil I wanted on my skin. The choices were Lemon, ("see-through in the sunlight.")Ginger ("Girl you got me wrapped around your finger") or Raspberry ("Raspberry beret And if it was warm she wouldn't wear much more"). I went with the lemon scented oil because I was feeling dry, I went with the lemon scented oil to bright up the sky. The scent is wonderful, but not to harsh I can still smell it even in the dark. Okay I am seriously digressing here. Back on track. Tina put the lemon oil on my arms, back, neck, legs and feet. No lemon scented oil were put on my glutes. My glutes, chest and stomach were feeling left out:(...although, my stomach did have ginger oil rubbed on it and masagged with pressure points. So only my butt and chest were left exposed... So to speak. Tina did say "in the morning these areas might get covered." Tina was by herself from what I saw. Tina did have to stop the service a few times to talk to guests who walked into the store. The most IMPORTANT action I saw Tina do when SERVICE was INTERRUPTED, was Tina TURNING PAUSING THE TIME CLOCK, before helping other clients. To me, this makes all the difference in the world. I can tell you how many times I have experienced this time cheat at massage places. Now, with oil rubbed into my skin, Tina did the comb again. This was followed up with The Great Ginger Wrap. The ginger wrap is what takes this experience to its highest level. The ginger wrap went onto my back and believe you me, it goes on frosty cold. If you were sleeping during the massage/combing, you will wide awake like Eminem sings in his song. Fear not my readers, the frosty cold will not stay frosty cold for to long. Soon the ginger will start heating up and for those who find the heat stronger than you would like, Speak up. Tina kept this up on my lower back and legs. I thought she would put the ginger cloth on my glutes, but she did not. The ginger oils would light my ass on fire if Tina had done this. Now if you want ginger cloth on your gluteus maximus, speak up and let the technician know. The heating of my body was an experience I have never experienced before. I know I will do this again at least one more time. The curtain area area for this massage/body combing is still a work in progress. The main curtain area which can move back and forth needs to be a solid color and not see-through. Tina informed me she plans on having the curtains updated, but the curtains she has in mind haven't arrived from her country yet. I will revisit this business after some time has expired and give another review on this business. Until then, I give this first experience a 5 star experience. Tina was very informative about her products and business. The ambience in the store gave off a great vibe. Also in two weeks time, the Himalayan Salt Bath will be up an running. I should have an update on this as well. This was definitely a five star experience even with the limited privacy. I shall experience this again and have more to say at a later time.

If they had a better attitude and immediately offered a refund, that would be different, but they were denying it and pushing back. Would not recommend at all.

If it wasn't for this facility, I would never have known about so many things that I had been doing wrong or simply had not been informed of when I had previous surgeries. I had previously sought out different massage places but that advertise lymphatic massages but it's only the ultrasound, no massage and none of the other treatments this facility provides you - plus all their advice. They are all trained to provide the best care for you and actively listen to your concerns. They have an extensive check-in process where you provide information on the procedures you have had and when they conduct the initial evaluation, they go over everything with you. I just had my consultation and they handled my body with care and were extra careful with the stitches I have and worked around the area. In all my visits, never has any staff member made me uncomfortable or violated in anyway. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. They educated me on all the post-op care I need to partake in to ensure the most optimal results. Having done my surgery in another country, they take my doctor's concerns and request into consideration when I tell them, and my doctor is very comfortable with all the information that I provide to him from them and vice versa. I have even brought my mother here for facial treatment provided by Ms. Ana. For any post-op care I need, facials, and other treatments - this business has a customer for life.

They want you to get a "spa" experience but it totally depends on who your massage/table scrub-shower masseur is. In my case, the kid (Asian American, very slim, stylish, young, but not friendly, extremely standoffish and unpleasant behaviour) who was my masseur did not make it a good experience for me. I'd heard good thing from others and read from reviews but my experience was unfortunately lacking. The whole time I had the table massage shower thing I was thinking "wow this is bad. I feel like I'm in a car wash that is way over priced" I've had tons of Korean spa scrubs and this wasn't even close. This was barely memorable. The massage afterwards was ok but not the best I've had. I told the masseur I had asked for deep tissue and he said he doesn't do deep tissue and usually isn't at that location. And then asked me to stop talking (but I was asking for the modality I asked for!) - the whole time he was quite rude and clearly distracted. Won't be going back. Note: yes I am aware different therapists can make the experience different but quality control has to come from the top. If you have to bring someone in as I asked for a male therapist, then don't just get someone who is bored / unhappy to be there, and makes it known to the client that he is not into the massage and got called in last minute about 3 hours before. Coincidentally 3 hours before is when *i called Prince salon and spa to confirm my appointment, the timing makes me think they forgot my appt and planned late. Also made my appt well in advance so they could have had someone there who cares about being there. Don't go! Go get a scrub at spa riverside instead!

I only did 30-minutes since it was late. She did her best to give me a whole body massage, but most of it was focused on my back, neck and shoulders with the short amount of time. Even so, she hit all areas with the time allotted. I will return and try New Paradise Wellness again, and allow for a 60-minute so there's plenty of time for Sarah to give a whole body massage without being cut short on time. I recommend New Paradise Wellness. I think you'll find them accommodating to your needs. There was one other therapist available.
