The technicians there were shocked and asked where I had gotten them done, even suggesting that I shouldn't have paid for such poor work. The 3rd floor #300 suite has a lot of independent contractor offices, so don't expect a spa. The room that I had was nice, table was comfortable. There's a $30 entry fee, which gives you access to lockers, a uniform, two small hand towels, three saunas, and a relaxing lounge area. (The steam room was unfortunately down when I visited.) They also have a café and offer additional services like different types of massages for an extra fee. The bathhouses are located inside each gender-specific locker room, and you must be unclothed to use them. One of the massages (only $100) actually takes place in the bathhouse, but I wasn't able to book it because they were fully booked until 7:00 p.m. The saunas were nice, but my top three highlights were: The food! I ordered kimbap and kimchi pancakes, and both were excellent. The kimbap came with a side of miso soup that was sooo delicious! The relaxation area. Staff walk around offering hot blankets to wrap up in. I was so relaxed that I almost missed my foot massage! The foot massage. It was everything and more, and the massage therapist was hilarious! A couple of things I didn't love: they initially assigned me a very high locker (thankfully my tall cousin switched with me ), and we weren't given an overview of the layout when we arrived. Even though the place is small, a quick explanation would've been helpful. Also, I was disappointed the steam room wasn't working. Overall, this is a great spot with amazing food and relaxing vibes. I definitely recommend it!
