However, what they offered me was insulting at less than half of what it's worth! Don't recommend taking any jewelry there to sell because you will be ripped off. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JEWELRY STORE. I WAS REFUSED SERVICE FOR NO REASON. STORE MANAGER EVEN STARTED TO CLOSE 30 MIN EARLY RATHER THAN PROVIDE ME WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to the store on 7/6 and negotiated with the owner, Linda Nichols, on several jewelry pieces totaling over $15K. We agreed to return if we decided to complete the purchase and she gave us her business card with the various prices listed for the items. Returned to the store today, 7/8, and was refused service by the store manager. He refused to sell me the pieces, refused to contact Linda, and said he would not help me in any way. The store manager was rude, condescending, arrogant, and hostile. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE where people know how to treat others with basic human decency. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, RINGS ARE NOT WORTH WHAT YOU PAY. We went to this store in May as a young couple it was hard to save up nearly $1000 for a ring. We came in and were sold a 14k ring for nearly $900. After going to numerous jewelry stores, we found out the ring at most is worth $150. We called back down today to ask why and if they would buy back and they said they would only buy back for scrap and not give us a refund. WE feel taken advantage of and fooled. They said they were good people, I suppose that's where we should have went elsewhere because that was also a lie. Went in to have some charms added to my bracelet. A previous jeweler had started doubling up charms on the links (did this for 2 links). The lady "helping" me said "I don't know how we're going to get those on there" and without another word walked away to talk to another employee and then help someone else. Never came back and no one else offered help! I'm all for supporting local business, but not when they offer terrible customer service - will take my business elsewhere! read more

I went this jewelry store to resize my diamond ring, from big to small. They charged me $39 & without giving me a receipt. And the diamond looks smaller than the original one when the women gave it back to me. I asked where was the white gold part the back women cut off, she said it was powdered. You won't feel comfortable after you asked them question. I had a bad experience here & I will never go back to this jewelry store NO MORE !!! read more

I went here to have two rings resized. Two rings resized in silver was 110 plus tax. It took more than a day two have them resized. When I got them back the one band broke after wearing it twice and the other ring is very flimsy which they weren't before I had them sized . Needless to say I took the ring that broke back 3 days later I got the ring again looked great. I put it on my finger drove two miles down the street it broke again. I immediately went back then they stated it needed to be half shanked. Fine how much is it? 50 dollars I made the comment so now the ring is costing 105 dollars to have it sized. My problem is I understand if you needed to half shank why didn't you call me and do it right the first time. I guess they didn't realize I had it sized there the first time because they said they'd split the 50 to 25 I said fine. Five days later after going back once and noticed you could see where it was soldered together. They buffed it out made it look ok. what really pissed me off was the person doing the sizing came out from the back complaining at me about my ring. The ring was platinum over silver fern green quartz. I have a certification of what the ring is . She told me it was chrome plated and if people like me didn't buy stuff from China this wouldn't happen. Then she goes about insulting me more by telling me its a cubic zirconia stone painted green. I got out of there I was pissed. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I'M LOCAL !!!!!!! DO NOT HAVE YOUR STUFF DONE THERE !!!!! Go to another jeweler. I took my bridal set here to be sized along with my husbands band as well. His run fit fine when he tried it on. My ring was suppose to be a 6 but when I tried it on it wouldn't go on my finger way to small!! The man kept saying it was a six but his face looked like he wasn't believeing it was a six. After several times putting it on the ring sizing stick he took it to the back the be fixed. It took them two additional tries to fix my ring. After they sized my finger to a six several time and wouldn't admit they messed it up. The woman kept saying my finger was swollen. I'm sorry but if you size my finger to a six and say my rings are a size 6 it should fit on my finger. Don't make me seem like I'm a liar and take responsibility for your mistakes.
