I ordered the fried fish with coleslaw, fries and a side order of hot, chicken wings yesterday from the Golden Chick located at 410 W. Kiest Blvd, Dallas, TX (through the Uber Eats App). The catfish fillets were very small, nothing like the photos on the app, probably had been cut in half like Reecie K. said in her post. Also, they left out my chicken wings that I had paid extra for, the rolls were smashed, the coleslaw tasted terrible and the fish and fries were cold when they arrived. I contacted Uber Eats right after my food arrived to let them know that part of my order was missing and I am not happy with the fact that they have not responded, nor refunded my money yet. There drive-through speaker for them needs to be worked on because they cannot hear you sometimes.after I placed my order and came around service was quite quick I got my food and when I got home that chicken that I bought was so juicy and good I bought the roasted chicken which was the eight piece special mix with sides I had the mashed potatoes with gravy and themac & cheese corn on the cob coleslaw dirty rice all my God it's spicy and it is good and they had dinner rolls to go with my meal with honey , I have tried their fried chicken which is good but the roasted is the best that's what I would recommend till next time. read more

The staff is nice but easily distracted. They didn't have ice and the drink was watered down. The food was great but they messed up my order and gave me just gravy instead of my mashed potatoes.
