Very deceptive! This company did not disclose the true total until I had all 10 parents to agree to the initial cost! who can trust a company with their child once they hide fees! I do not recommend this company and have removed them as a trusted member with my child's school group! Two buses were being leased by a local transport company to take us to the Women's March in D.C. They held a large deposit and a commitment. At the VERY LAST MOMENT, hours before we were to leave, they received an offer for more money and pulled the buses. As every other means of transportation were filled, none of us were able to attend. We had made arrangements to be away from families, from our businesses (had to get coverage for my absence), purchased suitable clothing for the march, packed foods... and a laundry list of other arrangements that were nipped in the bud. I would NEVER recommend Golden Class Limo... EVER!!!! read more

I had a problem with this company as well. I have used many limo- taxi company s and never had a problem. I paid for my sons transporation both ways. On his pick up the to be taken home driver refused to take the credit card imprint. The driver kept saying cash only....even after the first driver in the night swiped it for both ways! My son called me nd said the driver wouldnt listen to him...and even after I was trying to explain to the dispatcher they still would not listen to me trying to explain. Very rude. Then they called the first driver and they agreed the card was indeed swiped both ways.....NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. If your plans change at all they still charge you 100% and do not let you cancel - it does not matter if you give them notice. I would not recommend providing your credit card to this company. I'm not sure this is even legal. Never using again. read more

Company advertises "safe and courteous drivers" and "conscientious chauffeurs" - I'd advise anyone thinking about using this company to take that with several bushels of salt. Watched one of their drivers accelerate towards a cyclist on Broadway, veer left towards them, and run them off the road, causing the cyclist to fall. Can't speak for the actual limos themselves, but if they are anything like the drivers they employ I'd stay far far away. read more

I used golden touch limousine for my wedding and they were great. I shopped around and they gave me the best price. I called prior to dropping off the deposit and they were very kind to show me the vehicle inside and out. The driver was prompt and called to let me know he was outside and waiting. The limo was clean and it was everything I wanted and expected. Ibrahim was sweet and attentive. Only negative was that I wasn't called the day before to confirm final details. Besides that they were a great vendor to work with. Will definitely use then again and recommend them. read more

Terrible service. I was quoted $80 for a pickup from JFK, then $101 for inside pickup. My friend was coming off a long international flight so I thought it was worth it. After two missed calls during the day (I was in meetings and couldn't answer the phone), they charged me $159!! Calling back after they said it was because the flight was early and they charged me for the parking ($12) and waiting time. They're supposed to monitor the flight, so just because the plane landed early I don't think they're justified in nearly doubling the charge, plus they just added it to my bill without my authorization, after leaving two voice mails. No way. (I paid $47.50 for this trip with another car service.) I'll never use Golden Class Limo again. read more

I took two grandchildren to NY to see the Christmas tree and Radio City Show. I paid an extra $15 to have the driver come inside the airport to meet us with a sign that had the two grand children's names. The driver came in and had a sign with my name. My reservation confirmation had notes/comments that clearly stated what was to be on the sign. I was extremely disappointed. I called and asked them to refund the extra $15 I paid for this service, and they refused to refund the $15. read more

The inside of the limo had garbage from prior customers. I left my prescription glasses on the arm rest behind the driver, and called soon after the limo departed to see about picking them up. I was told by the dispatcher that he wasn't able to reach the driver at that moment and, after a few more calls, never even received the courtesy of a return call to let me know whether the driver was ever asked to look (given the presence of other people's garbage, cleaning between customers seems unlikely). I used this company for my wedding. We rented two sprinter vans to transport my family and wedding party and my husbands family and wedding party. We had multiple stops that the drivers had to take us to and I was never worried that there would be any issues. They knew exactly where to go and what time we had to be there. They also knew where to avoid traffic. As I was getting my hair ready I got a text from the driver to tell me he was there when we were ready. We had a lot of vendors to work with the day of and they helped me feel comfortable and confident that we would get to all of our destinations on time. read more

I made reservations for a ten passenger limo to pick me and my party at home and take us to the city on Saturday June 22. I received a confirmation call on Fri confirming the outgoing and return pick up. I expressed to the person who was confirming the reservation how excited I was about my birthday batch and the Limo rise into the city. Saturday at 3:00pm two hours before the confirmed pick up received a call from the same lady Who called to confirmed and informed me hat my reservation cannot be accommodated. No only was I frazzled, but she couldn't even accommodate the return. Her excused was that their limo broke down somewhere in the city. I asked her can she send another car since it was too short of cancellation notice and she said no! I even suggested if she can call another vendor to help them out and she informed me that hey don't do that. At at point I told her is the company only has one Limo...she said yes. As you can see, I was left to find my own Limo two hours before my guess were to arrive. God was good and I managed to get reservations from Dial 777. I couldn't believe it. They sent the best car and an incredible driver who made this nightmare something of the past. The night was magical and I learned from this experience to read reviews, research further and put your trust in god. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Also NOTE that Golden Class Limo is Limo.Com preferred vendor so make sure you asked what limo co they are booking your trip with. read more
