The staff is incredibly loving and communicates well with the pet owners. The dogs are kept on a strict schedule of playing in the communal playroom, getting walks, napping, eating meals, and going to sleep at night. I think the schedule really helps the dogs know what to expect at any time during their stay. I recommend having your dog go for a few days / half days of daycare prior to the first boarding visit as it helps the dog become familiar with the establishment, the routines and to know that they'll eventually go home again. I can't say enough about the staff! They're all very caring and pass along important information as well as comments about your dog that make you realize how much they interact and care about each and every dog in their care. I only wish I had found this establishment years ago!

I would HIGHLY recommend them and their methods - you can tell they genuinely love working with dogs and it's made a huge difference in giving my dog the chance to find real rest at home. They send DAILY updates with photos and videos which was so nice. Nope no one around...we waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk so we decided to walk around and look for someone. We found a tech who put us in a room and told us to wait there. After another 10 minutes the doctor comes in and tells us to put our information into the computer and that he'd be right back. I put all of our information in then the tech came back, only to use the computer I was on to take another call and wipe the information I just put in. After that she started asking me questions about my pet but was in someone else's account so it wasn't my pet. It was all just very unorganized and unprofessional. I don't think I'll ever be back.

They did the checkup thoroughly and noticed that she may have an infection, then asking my permission for an ultrasound, which they recommended as the more budget-friendly option. It turned out they were correct and my doggo needed an urgent ovariohysterectomy for pyometra. Even kinder from the vets was that they offered to take her in the day of, but that there were budget-friendly options in case. I have been in and out of other surgeries for family and I really appreciated this gesture. Would highly recommend to anyone as these are genuine vets and really eased my concerns.
