Found this place on Yelp because I've been looking for a good Chinese place in Greensboro our favorite place is long gone and we've never found a replacement. I ordered online for takeout and it was a good experience. The location was easy to find and the place was very clean. The service was good. I arrived early but my food was ready really quick. We ordered the sesame chicken which had good flavor and wasn't overcooked but the chicken wasn't crispy (more soggy) so it was not our favorite. The mushuu pork was good as was the beef lo mein. Thr best was the shrimp fried rice. Lots of shrimp! And the beef with broccoli tasted great! The beef and veggies were cooked well. We'll be going back!

I finally tried this place after seeing several of my favorite Yelpers go here and post great reviews. The moment I stepped in and saw how many people were inside - some were dining in and some waiting for their order - I knew I was in a place worth trying. It smelled so yummy inside too...not like a typical Chinese carryout, in my opinion. I ordered the shrimp lo Mein lunch special which came with a hefty portion of chicken fried rice and an egg roll. So let's get these pros and cons going because that's all we're really here for, right?! Pros: - food was steaming hot and fresh - nothing tasted old or stale - egg rolls were not greasy whatsoever which I am grateful for - food was good Cons: - none really. Have I had Chinese food that was better than this? - Yes Was this food delicious? - Yes You be the judge! Go check it out. I plan to return and try the egg foo young.

A view from the door. They have completely sealed off the counter.

I've gone from hot to cold on the restaurant. It was our go-to for fast food Chinese but the last few visits have not been good. Tonight we ordered hot and sour soup, spicy, a pork egg roll and a spring roll, and moo shu pork. The soup was bland with no discernible spice. The egg roll lacked any taste of pork and the moo shu pork had a very pungent off putting smell...so much so that we threw it away. Also, the wrappers for the moo shu pork appeared to be wonton wrappers and were difficult to use and frankly just odd. I have found the food quality to be sub par and hate that I'm having to scratch it off my list.

I will say you honestly get your monies worth here! I swear the to-go box weighed like 10 lbs! We got the General Tso's chicken with fried rice and it was delicious We didn't order an Egg Roll but got one so I'm not sure if that comes with the meals or if it was just our lucky day but it was delicious as well! The portion was big enough for my husband and myself to eat dinner off it and have leftovers for one of us the next day.

Egg fu young. My favorite here!

I've picked up take out here several times but have never dined in the restaurant. Not much atmosphere and eerily quiet except for their phone ringing off the hook. They stay very busy with takeout orders. I usually get their pork or shrimp egg foo young. The lunch specials are a little over $8 and include an eggroll and enough fried rice to feed a small country. They really pack the rice in the to-go box! The gravy that comes with the foo young is delicious, savory and full of flavor, love that stuff. Eggrolls are always crispy and never greasy. Their wings are great too but I always go for my favorite. When I find something I love, I tend to order it on repeat. Solid Chinese food here!

Shrimp and Broccoli with a side of fried rice

I ordered takeout here online, and my order was ready faster than expected! Inside is small, but you can tell just by walking in that they know what they're doing. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli combo with a side of fried rice, and you really can't beat the price for the amount of food they give you. Everything tasted great, and it even came with an extra egg roll that was delicious. This will probably be my new go-to for Chinese takeout. The staff was kind and efficient, and once again, you just can't beat it for the price.

This place was a well oiled machine, everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to pump out stellar authentic Chinese food quickly and efficiently. Flavorful dishes, authentic spices and sauces, juicy meat, perfectly cooked noodles and rice...you name it, this place does it right. Crispy scallion chicken is the bomb! Each and every other dish we had was top notch, including the pork egg foo young, chicken lo mein, house special fried rice (chicken pork and shrimp). And can't leave out the perfectly fried pork egg rolls...taste overload. Can't wait to come back and try more of this amazing and truly authentic Chinese joint.

Not sure how old the interior photos are on their Yelp reviews but looks better in person. Dude running the place was waiting on tables, answering the phones, taking orders at the front, bossing people around in the back and bringing the food out of the kitchen and serving it HOT! He was a one man show today and killing it! Plus he was so nice. About the food. I ordered an Eggroll and Curry Chicken with fried rice. The eggroll was not the best I've had but it was good. It tasted fresh and no signs of the red pork that you sometimes get (thumbs up).The Curry Chicken sauce was really good. The chicken was nice and tender, the vegetables were fresh and crisp. My only complaint would be to not serve green peppers with the yellow curry sauce. It's my own personal preference because peppers give me heartburn. I will go back for sure to try some other dishes and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for relaxing ambiance and fresh, delicious Chinese cuisine.

We didn't order them this time, but they're definitely on the list for a future visit. Everything we did get was packed with flavor. The crab rangoons and pork dumplings arrived hot and fresh, and the Dan Dan noodles, orange chicken, chicken chow fun, and garlic beef were all very tasty. One of the biggest positives here is consistency of flavor, something that's been surprisingly hard to find with a lot of Chinese takeout spots we've tried in the area. The only real miss for us is that egg foo young isn't on the menu, which my wife loves and always hopes to find. That aside, this is a super solid takeout option for flavorful, authentic, and fresh Chinese food.

Because it is a takeout restaurant, there we won't benches to sit on. That does not bother me because I wanted to relax at home while I eat. Everything I've ever ordered from them has been fantastic! Let me be clear for those who think that this is New York Chinese cuisine. It most certainly is not. If you want your standard fair good authentic Chinese cuisine, go to Golden Dragon. That restaurant is closed because I believe the family goes on vacation for about a month a year. They will reopen on July 21, 2026 Good for them. They work hard and they give their customers quality service. Golden Dragon has been around for decades and has always given its customers great food and service. Since Golden Dragon was closed, I decided to decided to try China's Best yesterday to order a family meal. I did it online to avoid any confusion on what we wanted. And was told that there would be a 15 minute wait. Lo and behold, we get there and we wait an additional 20 minutes. When we come home to eat the meal, virtually, nothing is edible with the exception of premade egg rolls and the orange chicken. The pork fried rice we ordered was substandard. I have never had boneless barbecue ribs that were so overly salty and sweet in my life; not to mention being overcooked and having a slightly burnt taste. The fried chicken wings were overcooked and hard. The sweet-and-sour chicken ordered was overcooked and hard; with only a half container of sweet-and-sour sauce included. There was no soy sauce or duck sauce included with the meal whereas usually Chinese restaurants put those condiments out for customers to get at their discretion. I don't know about you, but I like money. So when I pay $56 for a takeout order which I paid gas for to travel to get; only to find that it was an unacceptable mess of a meal, I tend to to appear, to say the least, disappointed. Whoever cooked this meal saw what they were giving their customer and appeared to be completely fine with short changing that customer. Unacceptable! There are plenty of restaurants in Greensboro to go to who strive to give their patrons a quality meal. So I give the biggest word of caution to those entertaining the idea of going to China's Best. DON'T GO!

In all the years we have been getting takeout, never had an issue with the accuracy of our orders. They have nice sized crispy breaded wings. The noodles were cooked perfectly, nice and saucy, and they even offered it spicy--which I've never been offered before. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. Personally, I wouldn't mind a little more cabbage in it, but that's just preference. The fried chicken wings really surprised me. Usually I end up throwing wings in the air fryer to crisp them up more--but not these. They were already crispy, fresh, and flavorful straight out the container. Now let me talk about the sweet and sour chicken... I've NEVER been a fan. I always thought it looked too breaded and soggy, so I avoided it for years. When I opened my order and realized that's what I got, I was low-key annoyed but decided to try it anyway. And wow--that ended up being my favorite item. The sauce was perfect, and once I dipped it myself, it completely changed my mind about sweet and sour chicken. The soup was also really good--super flavorful with that rich broth and those sesame oil "gold spots" on top (you know it's good when you see that). The only thing I wasn't big on was the plain fried rice--but that's more of a personal preference since I usually don't go for plain fried rice anyway. Next time I'll try the house fried rice. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised. This was a great experience, especially for a last-minute order. I'll definitely be ordering again--and next time I'll come back with pictures because this was a spur-of-the-moment decision. China Cafe, you proved me wrong
