It's a small little whole in the wall but I love this place. The food is made fresh and it's clean. I've walked in with a couple mins until closing( multiple times) and they made the food with no complaints every time!!! And it's a good price.

Horrible customer service. Bathrooms never work. But. This is by far my favorite "carry-out" in Greensboro. Such a staple that When I come back to NCAT, I stop here. Every visit, every homecoming. Lower your customer service standards. Order a pint of lo mein, 2 shrimp rolls and a ginger-ale. Satisfaction.

Best we've had yet in the Triad area by a long shot. First off, the online ordering process is super easy, and the estimated time for pick up was spot on. Highly recommend ordering online beforehand. The place was slammed, packed in like sardines on a Saturday evening. Everyone waiting for orders, and even if you don't order prior, the wait would still be worth it. This place was a well oiled machine, everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to pump out stellar authentic Chinese food quickly and efficiently. Flavorful dishes, authentic spices and sauces, juicy meat, perfectly cooked noodles and rice...you name it, this place does it right. Crispy scallion chicken is the bomb! Each and every other dish we had was top notch, including the pork egg foo young, chicken lo mein, house special fried rice (chicken pork and shrimp). And can't leave out the perfectly fried pork egg rolls...taste overload. Can't wait to come back and try more of this amazing and truly authentic Chinese joint.

That kitchen is packed with people cooking up the absolute best Chinese food and takeout in the Triad. It doesn't get better than this folks. This is currently, and always has been, the best spot to get your fix. Even my family members from NY who have access to amazing Chinese takeout on every corner agree. Everything is delicious, but make sure you get enough of their scratch made pork egg rolls to have one with you meal, and one for the air fryer to go with your leftovers. They are addicting. Try the crispy scallion chicken, along with your favorites. Golden Wok forever!

China's Best is my favorite takeout Chinese restaurant in Greensboro! Like always, their service…read morewas prompt and the food was ready when I came to pick it up. Because it is a takeout restaurant, there we won't benches to sit on. That does not bother me because I wanted to relax at home while I eat. Everything I've ever ordered from them has been fantastic! On this trip, I decided to try something new. I order the Happy Family (Lobster; scallops, shrimp, crabmeat, beef: chicken, pork tender, broccoli mushroom, baby cor, veg. in special sauce; w.White Rice) but paid an upcharge to change the rice to onion fried rice w/ egg and bean sprouts. I did not regret it. The dish was very flavorful and the rice offered the perfect flavor and texture balance. I will definitely be ordering it again!

Let me be clear for those who think that this is New York Chinese cuisine. It most certainly is not. If you want your standard fair good authentic Chinese cuisine, go to Golden Dragon. That restaurant is closed because I believe the family goes on vacation for about a month a year. They will reopen on July 21, 2026 Good for them. They work hard and they give their customers quality service. Golden Dragon has been around for decades and has always given its customers great food and service. Since Golden Dragon was closed, I decided to I decided to try China's Best yesterday to order a family meal. I did it online to avoid any confusion on what we wanted. And was told that there would be a 15 minute wait. Lo and behold, we get there and we wait an additional 20 minutes. When we come home to eat the meal, virtually, nothing is edible with the exception of premade egg rolls and the orange chicken. The pork fried rice we ordered was substandard. I have never had boneless barbecue ribs that were so overly salty and sweet in my life; not to mention being overcooked and having a slightly burnt taste. The fried chicken wings were overcooked and hard. The sweet-and-sour chicken ordered was overcooked and hard; with only a half container of sweet-and-sour sauce included. There was no soy sauce or duck sauce included with the meal whereas usually Chinese restaurants put those condiments out for customers to get at their discretion. I don't know about you, but I like money. So when I pay $56 for a takeout order which I paid gas for to travel to get; only to find that it was an unacceptable mess of a meal, I tend to to appear, to say the least, disappointed. Whoever cooked this meal saw what they were giving their customer and appeared to be completely fine with short changing that customer. Unacceptable! There are plenty of restaurants in Greensboro to go to who strive to give their patrons a quality meal. So I give the biggest word of caution to those entertaining the idea of going to China's Best. DON'T GO!

In all the years we have been getting takeout, never had an issue with the accuracy of our orders. They have nice sized crispy breaded wings. Their fried wontons and crab rangoons are also good picks. I chuck them in the air fryer because the sweaty containers do make them a bit flat by the time you make it home. Egg rolls are what you expect. Hunan chicken is not very spicy but has a good flavor. Lo meins are good, too. Food cost are up everywhere. 2 combo plates, small order of wings, and wontons set me back $42. The extra $4.00 upcharge on the combo for house lo mein versus chicken was unexpected (dinner combo is already $10.75) but I didn't ask and the girl answering the phone didn't offer so that's on me. Lesson learned. Next time, I will stick with the chicken. If you liked Mr. Wonton back in the 90's you will like them, too. Similar cooking style and portions.

I'll be honest--I avoided China Cafe for a while because of the older Yelp reviews. But last night…read moreI needed something quick, ordered on DoorDash, and I'm really glad I gave them a chance. Everything I ordered was actually solid. The lo mein? Chef's kiss. The noodles were cooked perfectly, nice and saucy, and they even offered it spicy--which I've never been offered before. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. Personally, I wouldn't mind a little more cabbage in it, but that's just preference. The fried chicken wings really surprised me. Usually I end up throwing wings in the air fryer to crisp them up more--but not these. They were already crispy, fresh, and flavorful straight out the container. Now let me talk about the sweet and sour chicken... I've NEVER been a fan. I always thought it looked too breaded and soggy, so I avoided it for years. When I opened my order and realized that's what I got, I was low-key annoyed but decided to try it anyway. And wow--that ended up being my favorite item. The sauce was perfect, and once I dipped it myself, it completely changed my mind about sweet and sour chicken. The soup was also really good--super flavorful with that rich broth and those sesame oil "gold spots" on top (you know it's good when you see that). The only thing I wasn't big on was the plain fried rice--but that's more of a personal preference since I usually don't go for plain fried rice anyway. Next time I'll try the house fried rice. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised. This was a great experience, especially for a last-minute order. I'll definitely be ordering again--and next time I'll come back with pictures because this was a spur-of-the-moment decision. China Cafe, you proved me wrong
