I got eyebrow threading, upper lip threading, and an underarm soft wax for about $30, which was a great deal. I was in and out in about 10 mins and seen very quickly. They also have a ton of services beyond threading and waxing including hair/scalp treatments, facials, and even ear piercing. I'd highly recommend this place and wish I lived closer. read more

The staff is super nice and I love the outcome of my brows. I, personally, love the way Nima does my eyebrows. She cleans them up very nicely and I'm always satisfied. Update: I've been going here only because Sufi knows how to shape your eyebrows. Unfortunately the last couple of times I was there, she was not. The two other people (1 of them seemed new), simply not as good as her. The newer person took forever to do my brows and upper lip, and completely butchered my brows. They're WAY too thin even tho I told them I like thicker, fuller, longer brows. They're not even on each side. I understand it takes time to learn, however in that case, I'd expect someone to take in a little by little and ask if they should go thinner.. read more

Never ever come here, ever. The lady who did my eyebrows made me eyebrows super patchy. She trimmed my eyebrows and I now have gaps that I need to shade in. She left PLENTY of hair still and completely messed up my shape. This lady was absolutely horrible. read more

Really disappointed with the quality of my eyebrow threading experience. There was zero shaping and a lot of hair left. I had to ask the woman multiple times if she could get a hair that was thick and visible and finally she got it. There's was very poor attention to detail. The one star is for lack of communication which results in poor customer service! I will try to keep this brief! I was just in and waited behind a few people that were ahead of me. A woman walks in after with a Starbucks cup. The lady ahead for me was done and I presumed it my turn. During the last transaction the lady with Starbucks left because the location because of a car alarm. I preceded to get up because I thought I was next. The lady *I use the term loosely comes back and gets in the chair. I said I was actually next and she says I was next I just went to Starbucks. I didn't even address her and looked directly at the owner. The owner confirmed that she was next as well. Good customer service would dictate her communicating that someone was ahead and that she would be with me shortly. But she did not! How would I know if the lady was ahead of me when she came in after me!! I knew if I sat there annoyed and irritated it was only going to exacerbate the situation and if she did a poor job I would have been all over her like a cheap suit. So I left. I did us both a favor. I will never step foot in that location AGAIN!! Jesus himself good not convince me to give it another try. These places are a dime a dozen and I'll find another!! read more

I was nervous when I moved to Long Beach a few years ago because I had an eyebrow threading place that I loved but I found this place. I love it even more than my last place! Sufi is my favorite though I've never had a bad threading here. Highly recommend. Let me start by saying this location is no where near where I live. I commute over 30 minutes to come see Sufi! Sufi can handle any task small or large! Every time I come in she leaves me looking better than the time before! Never has Sufi threaded my eyebrows and left them uneven or even thicker/thinner than the other! Sufi is super careful and detailed to ensure than she won't make you bleed (like others out there)! Not to mention she always make sure to check in with you before using the Aloe Vera lotion! I used to travel from Long Beach to Anaheim to get my thick eyebrows done because I've had them messed up so many times at other places in Long Beach and didn't trust anyone. The only redeeming quality about this place is they are open late. Other than that, rude women, expensive services, and less than stellar work. Excuse me, a customer "like me"? I didn't even need to expand on my experience because your response shows how you treat your customers rudely. But since you have accused me of "demanding", I'd like to clear things up. I explained that I signed up for your rewards program and have not been receiving the coupons. Which is the same thing I explained the last time I came in. And the last time I came in, you said "oh you should be getting them." To which I replied I wasn't, and my friend said she could send hers to me. You didn't seem to have a problem with it then. Even though I have told you multiple times I have signed up for your rewards program, your only response is "it's not our fault, it's a 3rd party system." As far as "coming here for years", if that were the case, then why wouldn't you honor a coupon code for a repeat customer? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I'm always very picky on who does my brows ...this time I decided to give the lady a chance, I told her right off the bat "I DONT WANT THEM THIN" just clean them up & that I didn't want any trimming with the scissors . This lady completely shaped my eyebrows twice as thin then they already were !!! I was so disappointed I almost cried!!!! The next day I woke up and had blood all over my face from the cuts she did by threading them too much. I went back for a refund and told the supervisor she shouldn't be doing anyone's eyebrows, It sounds pathetic asking for a $7 dollar refund but when someone CUTS you with a thread? Just got my eyebrows done! yay :) I just moved to long beach and let me tell you I feel so lucky to be close to this gem of a place. The new owners are so warm and welcoming. They made me feel like I was at home haha. The ambience is like a mom and pop shop and they treat you like an honored guest. I don't come across to many businesses that GENUINELY care about customers happiness like they do. Sufi definitely is an expert when it comes to eyebrows and takes her time to make sure they are fabulous.
