I wouldn't recommend Ziba Beauty for body waxing. This was my first visit since I live nearby, but I was disappointed. Their website doesn't clearly explain what's included in each wax service. I usually get a full Brazilian, which includes everything (including the butt strip), but here it's considered a "full bikini," and they charge an extra $18 for the butt strip. The technician also made the process uncomfortable by having me adjust myself repeatedly, and most concerning, she kept blowing on the area during the service, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. 12/21/2025 Been coming to the Artesia location since 2021! Came here today for eyebrow threading. My go-to person is Mona. She is really kind and nice and no attitude! Always smiling when she sees you. Always does an amazing job with my brows and very attentive to what eyebrow shape I am looking for. Very happy customer! Highly recommend Mona! Please make an appointment online or via phone call, so there is less wait time! Walk-ins are welcome, but you will not know how long you will need to wait. Also, Ziba sells other makeup products as well. I always get their dark brown eyebrow pencils when I'm here. Love it and have been using it ever since! Parking lot is super small here, but I never had any problems in finding a parking spot no matter what time of day I'm here. However, if there isn't any, neighborhood street parking is available or even parking across the street where there are many business parking spaces in that area. read more

I have been going to Ziba since High school. I go to a few different artists. However, I usually do my eyebrow up keep at home more with the increasing prices. I only come when it's a special occasion. When I used to go a few years back, I received an eyebrow massage after service and they would use the wax stick and pencil to fill in certain places. Now, it's just a complete rush to get through clients! Also I do not appreciate the over booking issue that is on going at the Artesia location. If you are going to charge almost $20 for a simple service, I expect your best effort and timely care. Thank you. read more

Since I'm a person of habit and If service is great then I stick to the businesses I love! 10/10 I've stuck with ziba since 2012. My older siblings however, have gone since 2005. Rozi has been my eyebrow person since 2012 to now 2025. She and all of the ladies are attentive to what you would like. If you communicate you don't want it too thin and just shaped they do an exceptional work. Highly recommend and there is enough space for parking. It could also be because I tend to go early during weekends or in the evening after work during the week, so I've never struggled for parking. I recommend reserving online vs going for a walk in. Decided to get this fur off my face on a whim while driving by and so glad I did! They fortunately could get me in as it was a weekday afternoon and paired me with SK. I made her work hard with my collection of fuzz all over my face and she did great! She was very communicative, stopped often to check on my comfort, was friendly but not overly talkative and really tried to snag every piece of hair she could find. The reason why I would not recommend this location is due to my experience I had with Mona I got there 30 minutes prior to my appointment I checked in and also touch base with Mona and informed her I was there a bit earlier however if she could see me she stated it wasn't a problem (I will see you after my appointments) she went ahead and seen three clients before me I waited patiently Then she approaches me to let me know she's going to take a walk in that happen to come way after I had arrived at this point I told her I didn't feel that that was right and that if she didn't have time I could ask another associate to help me. she replied no I'll help you. I'm so happy I found this place. I've been to Ziba once years ago but never went back(nothing negative). I live in Norwalk now and I'm so glad I found MONA. The place is clean, quiet and relaxing. The receptionist is very friendly(wish I caught her name). They welcome you in right away unlike other places who pretend like you don't exist and you just sit down. Mona was great with giving me advice on my brows rather just trying on the spot and maybe ruining my eyebrows haha! . They look so great, I definitely will be returning to her. I've had the best experiences coming to Ziba. I've been coming for almost 10 years and specifically to this location for almost 5 years. Nilofer has been my brow artist and have never been disappointed. She she makes me and the whole experience comfortable. Was scarred with waxing, but she assured me it isn't that bad. Gave it a shot and it's a regular service now. She's accommodating even though she isn't required to be. She is one busy artist and is always booked that's why making an appointment with her is key. Very easy to book appointments and reschedule. She's even squeezed me in when she was fully booked up. The team at this location has always been pleasant. Love getting to know the ladies that run the shop. Side note: 5 years ago I went somewhere because I needed them done quick and messed up the shape, but Nilofer brought them back to life and haven't gone anywhere else since. read more

I used to go to Ziba at the Cerritos mall and was always impressed with how intricately they paid attention to detail so I decided to walk-in to this location. I was told to come inside by the front desk girl on the phone and in order to be hands-free, you need to make an appointment or scan their code. The front desk girl told me I needed to scan their code and I told her I didn't know how. She seemed annoyed and showed me that you use your phone camera. She seemed really annoyed and went back to her phone call and said, "Sorry about that" to the person on the other line and after 2-3 minutes of trying to scan their app only getting "authentication fail" the front desk girl logged me in manually and pointed to where I should go. She seemed more annoyed when she didn't have to invite me inside the building while on the phone and could have logged me in manually, earlier. The place was basically empty. My experience with SK was not good. I told her that I was here for just eyebrows and she asked me about my lips but I didn't think anything of it. I said I didn't want to do lips bc of how painful it is and she said I should try lips w her and I told her maybe another time. I went to relax and she asked me if I had ever tried wax and I told her I had in the past and she asked if I wanted to do lip wax today. I said no thank-you and she continued to talk about lips with me. At the end of threading my brows in which hairs were missed she told me her name for my next appointment in two weeks?! I left and briefly scanned their shelf and she asked me if I wanted to get a product, and I said I was just looking. When I went to pay, just eyebrows is $18. It went up $7 which I understand prices must go up from loss of business but there is no menu sheet or heads up that price went up and I felt that was deceitful. I get prebooking, upselling and things that come with business but I felt hounded, uncomfortable and disrespected here. I won't be back. read more

I've been going to Ziba for quite a long time and Priya has always done the best brow threading for me. It's very clean inside unlike other brow threading places in the area. I do miss the location they used to have inside Cerritos mall. This one has a very small parking lot and might have to find street parking if lot is full. Highly recommend Ziba!!! read more

This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded. I've been coming here for more than a few years now. SK is an eyebrow goddess! Even though $12 seems a little pricey for eyebrow threading I can assure you that it is worth it here! It seems that all the employees here really know what they're doing, but I definitely recommend seeing SK. Although my boyfriend comes with me here and seems to prefer Mona. Both SK and Mona are highly requested here so you can't go wrong with either of them. Spend the $12 and get your eyebrows done here! I stopped coming here for maybe two years and I recently started coming back and I 100% see the difference.
