Always smiling when she sees you. Always does an amazing job with my brows and very attentive to what eyebrow shape I am looking for. Very happy customer! Highly recommend Mona! Please make an appointment online or via phone call, so there is less wait time! Walk-ins are welcome, but you will not know how long you will need to wait. Also, Ziba sells other makeup products as well. I always get their dark brown eyebrow pencils when I'm here. Love it and have been using it ever since! Parking lot is super small here, but I never had any problems in finding a parking spot no matter what time of day I'm here. However, if there isn't any, neighborhood street parking is available or even parking across the street where there are many business parking spaces in that area.

Their website doesn't clearly explain what's included in each wax service. I usually get a full Brazilian, which includes everything (including the butt strip), but here it's considered a "full bikini," and they charge an extra $18 for the butt strip. The technician also made the process uncomfortable by having me adjust myself repeatedly, and most concerning, she kept blowing on the area during the service, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. Overall, not a good experience.

I requested Jody because the sign in sheet showed she was often requested, I waited a few minutes for her to finish with her client. When she saw me in the waiting chair she asked, "are you waiting for something?" ????? Why else would I be the chair? She then called me over to sit and she wasn't even kind. She tapped on my forehead for me to place my fingers then would swat my fingers out the way. Very very rude. She finished my eyebrows in like 3 minutes and completely change the shape of my eyebrows! All she needed to do was clean up my brows. They were previously arched now they are rounded! All before graduation day! Would literally never come back or recommend to anyone. After the service, she told me I was done and didn't even say have a good day or anything. I just found it strange that she was very kind and talkative to the client before , who seemed like a regular, and the gentleman after me.

The hair dryer they use is very hot. I had to request a pause because my scalp was burning. Total service: shampooing + hair cut + styling was under 30 minutes. I'm pleased with my hair style & cut. It's very budget friendly. I believe they only take cash/zelle since my credit card was no accepted and I had to use Zelle. Check them out if you need a quick, haggle free haircut.

I'm happy to report that Babli wears a mask the entire time she is doing the eyebrows or any part of your face that is over the norm of fine baby hairs.
