    a menu for a restaurant

Very off the beaten path awesome little place. Great service, huge menu, clean place, and very tasty food. House special wonton soup is a full meal inclusive of chicken, beef, shrimp, crab, veggies, etc. Standard wonton soup was also good and a good app size. Spring rolls were crispy and light. General tso chicken looked awesome! Light fry, good presentation however not much spice or flavor. Beef pho was a large portion but the broth lacked a bit of flavor. Both panang and red curries were delicious however not very spicy. We added a lot of chili oil and it didn't have much spice either. That said, still very good but will be pushing for more spice when we return. They do not service alcohol but do take credit cards. Good work!

    Chicken Chow Mein Fun

Good food & good service. Small restaurant, we stoped at for lunch on a Tuesday. We were the only customers in the place for most of our meal. We ordered off the main menu, not the lunch menu. We got a plate of general tso shrimp with white rice and chicken mei fun. Both plates had very large portions and the food was very fresh. Lots of chicken and vegetables in the mei fun. The shrimp were huge and a portion of broccoli was more than expected for the general tso. Overall we were very happy and will be returning!

Lunch special like 6$ perfect size for one!

I visited this seafood restaurant on the hunt for fish and chips…read more It's a typical seafood establishment that has seen better days. It's still open and running because either the food is good or they give huge portions. I came in after lunch but before dinner so there were not many people inside. The lunch rush was gone and the restaurant appeared to have all of the tables cleaned off and chairs put back neatly, ready for their dinner rush. I ordered the Friday lunch special of Baby White Fish with French Fries and Cole Slaw. It also came with hush puppies. Ordered malt vinegar on the side. I was pleasantly surprised. The sweet tea was good. The portions are huge and the fish was perfectly cooked, thick and meaty yet flaky. Their batter is perfectly seasoned and gives a great crunch. Their cole slaw was good, tasted fresh. The hush puppies were good. I've had better and I've had a lot of bad ones but these were good. The French fries...well they were not in the fryer long enough. Service was good. Staff was attentive and got my food to the table hot. If the fries had been cooked until crispy, I would have given them 4 stars. Not for the restaurant itself, but for the food. Why is this place still open? It has good food AND large portions and the food comes out hot. People are not coming here for the ambiance. I will be back probably just for take out and would recommend for anyone looking for good fried seafood.

The murals on the walls are painted beach scenes and fit nicely with the theme within the restaurant. The bathroom is located just as you enter the restaurant on the right side. We were excited to have seafood since our other two local seafood places are out of commission, and we were pleased with what we got. We got the combination broiled platter with shrimp and trout. Our side was a loaded baked potato. They hush puppies are shaped in rings and are a good hearty cornmeal batter. We also got a side of fried okra because one of our littles said they wanted it. The okra wasn't fried as crispy as we like it, but it reheats well in the air fryer at home, as there was plenty of leftovers. Our littles shared a kids popcorn shrimp and also had a side of loaded baked potato. The service was good, until they gave our waitress a table of 20 in addition to the ones she was already waiting on. It wasn't her fault she couldn't keep up with the addition of that huge party. We had to go to the checkout counter to get a to go box. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back. It's a decent fish place, and I don't have any other local options anymore.

They're super seasoned and buttery. It was a nice introduction. The place stays pretty busy but I had no issues being sat either time I've visited. Most people seem to go for the oysters but I'm not a raw oyster girl so I tried some favorite entrees both times. The first time I got the shrimp and grits-it was different than a normal shrimp and grits-this was a grit cake in a nice spicy cream sauce with shrimp. I would say it was pricier than most for shrimp and grits I've had for the portion size but no complaints. This most recent time I got a harvest salad and the crab dip. Both were really good-I would have liked toasted bread for the dip instead of the loaf bread provided. They have great specials and I'll definitely be back.

The layout of the restaurant was interesting with large central bars. The menu is the star at this restaurant being a seafood lovers dream. Aw a walk in it took about 45 mins to get seated but with Adjacency to good local bars time flew past. The service you received was as good as could be expected with a busy bay. The shrimp cocktail was tasty but the shrimp are extremely small and only 6 so definitely not a shareable. I had the chargrilled oysters and they had great potential. All the flavors were there but they were left a bit too long to cook and half my order was burnt. The soup was phenomenal, as was the peel and eat shrimp. I would love to go back on a day that isn't as hectic and hope for better oyster. The potato salad did make up for a couple of the black shells.

I quickly scanned their hefty bloody mary menu and ordered the Lobstrocity, featuring veggies, shrimp, a grilled cheese sandwich and a fresh lobster tail atop a sizeable glass of the main concoction. This was definitely a meal in a glass! It was all quite delicious and filling, and I was glad I'd opted out of any of the optional add-ons like filet mignon, crab claws, or frog legs. Of course, I still had to order half a dozen raw oysters for dessert. And no, I won't be eating for the rest of the day! What made this a 5 star experience was our phenomenal server, Trevor. Well I must admit there is one regret...the regret that I didn't try them sooner! I've legit been missing out on bites of happiness! You walk in to a gorgeous sparking restaurant. It seems one side focuses on to go orders then there's a large sitting area for dine in. The restaurant is spotless, and so are the bathrooms! The older gentlemen that assisted our table was a complete seeetheart! Extremely personable and present...we definitely got the southern hospitality. The food! The food is spectacular! I didn't have to add anything additional to my food, which is surprising. The food is seasoned and cooked to perfection. We tried a little of everything. The hushpuppies were the best hushpuppies of my life! They're crispy on the outside yet melt in your mouth... it's not your typical cornbread hushpuppies; this stuff has FLAVOR! The fried shrimp was spectacular...I even ate the tail. The roasted sweet potatoes made me close my eyes and just hum. The jerk snapper- never had anything like it in my life, but I know I want some more! Also tried the fried snapper, oysters and and whiting- they didn't disappoint! You're not in the south if you don't have fried green tomatoes, right? We received complimentary fried green tomatoes...best I've ever had! They had sort of sauce on them that just took it to the next level. I also had to try the cake after I heard the owner's mom makes them personally. If you had the food, you understand why I had to try the dessert. I mean the chef had to get his skills from somewhere, right?
