About a month ago I stopped in to Mossy Nissan CV one day…read moreafter seeing a used Pathfinder at another dealer. I was not actually out to buy a new car that day, just looking as my wife's 16yo Rav4 was showing its age. I met a very pleasent young man named Daniel on the lot. I asked him about the used car I saw at the other spot and he was honest saying it was a great deal. We then looked at a few other cars he had and told him I had to bring the boss (wife) back. No pressure, he handed me his card and said thanks for stopping by and he was here if I needed anything. I came back later that day with the wife and we test drove a few models. After meeting his sales manager Abdul they both made us feel appreciated, and like we were more important than the sale. We ended up buying a Pathfinder that day, after trying to find the one we wanted on another mossy lot, Abdul and his team found us an even better one, less miles, cleaner and the wife was overjoyed. Due to it getting late we did some paperwork and decided to pick up the car the next day (our choice, they were willing to deliver it to my house). When we came back to pick it up my son came along and ended up buying a brand new frontier, he had been saving and looking at older 4 runners, but fell in love with the Frontier. I can not say enough great things about Abdul, Daniel and Alejandro (who by the way sold me my Rogue) a week later... Everything from start to finish made us feel like family, no pressure, and made sure we were satisfied. Robert the general manager even checked in with us when we were waiting for my car. I can see why the team there is fantastic, talking to Robert you can see he cares about his customers and his team and is a genuine leader. If you are looking for a new or used car trust Robert, Abdul and their team at Mossy Nissan CV, you won't regret it. Even the dreaded financing is painless with Diego taking care of you... He even came in early to get my paperwork done before I had to go to work. I cant say enough great things about these guys. It was a place of over the top service and genuine concern that you enjoyed the experience. Another impressive part of the experience was just how clean the place was. Finally, the food! My kid really liked it after the test drive and I have to admit, it is nice to drive- as many European cars are. The salesman was no pressure at all, and we got to look at other makes and models in the lot. These days, not all the cars are salvage. The one we bought was, but repaired very well.A 2009 VW Jetta SE that sold for about $22k new. Our cost was $4200 with 96k miles which I thought was a great deal. It has been a good car since, with minor work needed such as belts, oil changes. I should also mention the salesman was named Richard, and was very patient and answered any questions we had and such. Never had such a smooth buying experience!

I've bought several cars from here. Sad truth is u take ur chances at this business. I bought one…read morevehicle and soon as I drove it out the gate I had the thought to look under the hood. Good thing I did. The engine was running but I couldn't see anything moving! Nothing! I realized the main pulley was broke so no belt movement. That blew me away as I had never seen that before. How could the engine be running as im hearing it clearly but there is no visible movement??? So, I couldn't even drive it home bcos if the belts aren't moving the water pump is not pumping and it would overheat in a few blocks. So I had to get it towed and the mechanic told me I was looking at a bill of approx 3800 dollars. I didn't pay but 800 dollars for the car. Do u think I got any money back? Hell no! I was screwed. Brownfield screws people every week. One guy came in the yard with a pistol to get his $ back but he just ended up in jail. I don't condone his behavior but I certainly understand. And this is just one of my experiences with these hoodlums and thieves. ​
