If you need a ride to and from the airport in the Bay Area, I would highly recommend Golden Gate Shuttle. They provide excellent and reliable service! Last March 2017, my husband, our little four-year-old daughter and I went on a vacation to Asia. We needed a ride to SFO airport from Suisun City. I researched many companies and finally chose Golden Gate Shuttle (GGS). We booked GGS and talked to Yad. I mentioned that we needed a car seat if that was possible because we did not want to carry a car seat to Asia. Yad accommodated us and provided a car seat with no hesitation, unlike other companies that refused to give us a ride if we did not bring our own car seat. We also arranged for Yad to pick up as well for our return trip. We had piece of mind knowing that we had such a reliable service ready for our return. Yad, who also turned out to be our driver, was extremely polite, courteous, hospitable and fantastic! He came with an immaculately clean, small van a few minutes early and took us to SFO airport smoothly. On our return trip, as soon as we arrived at SFO airport, we texted Yad and informed him that we arrived earlier that expected. Yad mentioned that he was at the airport already because he took the initiative to check the flight himself prior to picking us up and found out that our flight was going to arrive early. He communicated well with me and kept in contact with me throughout the whole experience. We were glad to know that we were in good hands. However, we were stuck at Customs for about two hours. Yad patiently waited for us, and he greeted us with a big smile and did not get irritated that it took so long for us to get through Customs. Other companies might have left us stranded. We also had a lot of luggage. He loaded and unloaded our luggage smoothly and fast. Yad is an amazing and exceptional driver! He provided us with an excellent service. He is also a very good driver! Super happy and grateful with service I recv'd on New Years Eve... Our flight on United from Orlando, FL to SFO was severely delayed and caused us to miss our connecting flight and my family to be put on 2 different planes. Last minute I needed a shuttle from SFO to my home in Benicia. Feeling absolutely exhausted, I called Golden Gate Shuttle (based on 5 star reviews) when I arrived to LAX to see if there was even a chance I could get a ride for myself and my 2 teenage sons on one of the busiest nights of the year, New Years Eve at 12:30 am, as I didn't want my husband and daughter, who were forced to take a different flight 3 hours earlier, to wait for us or have to come back to get us on this crazy busy night. Yad was super nice and professional and reassured me that he would be available for us, even though I had only given him 3 hours notice and was told our flight from LAX was delayed (again) due to waiting for our pilots to arrive. His pricing was extremely reasonable and fair considering the level of my desperation and that it was New Years Eve, past midnight and with all my airline delays. He was super friendly and great about keeping in touch with me via text, and was very flexible and understanding when our flight didn't arrive until 1am. This was our first experience with them, but I would highly recommend Yad and his company again and again. Golden Gate Shuttle is the best shuttle service I have ever known. I needed them to pick up my mother from the house one morning right during the heart of Bay Area commuter traffic. They picked her up on time, and dropped her off on time at SF airport all the way from Richmond. They also did the same for her return flight. The exceptional service comes in because they ask for the flight information to stay abreast of any flight changes. My mother told me that they waited at the airport for her for over and hour and a half when her plain was delayed. They texted me at each stage of the ride: when they picked my mother up and dropped her off, so I was certain that she was cared for. Used their limo service recently for a night out and gotta say it was a great experience. The complimentary champagne and the clean interior and and most of all their driver was the highlight. Yad was not only personable but extremely courteous, friendly and and a very safe driver and had a lot of patience while we were enjoying and going overboard in the celebrations. When asked for a few extra stops before dropping us off he didn't not mind at all and had a smile on his face the whole time. We will definitely be using them to go to Napa valley, and few wineries in Napa, yountville, st Helena, and the Calistoga area. Awesome service and a great price! My parents were coming back from an international trip and I wanted to schedule airport pickup for them. I called Golden Gate Shuttle and they took care of everything. They were polite and easy to book with over the phone. The day before the scheduled pick-up they called me to confirmed all the details. The day of they communicated via phone calls and text with both me and my parents from arrival at the airport to pick-up and drop-off. I have had a great experience with Golden Gate shuttle service recently. He is Very friendly, punctual, honest and nice person. He picked me up from walnut creek to SFO and from SFO to walnut creek both times he was on time and rate was very reasonable. I would definatley recommend this shuttle service for anybody. Yad picked up my elderly parents from Fairfield and drove them to the San Francisco Airport. I was very concerned because my parents speak limited English and my Dad is in the early stages of Parkinsons. I had never used a shuttle service before. I called a couple and didn't get a very good feeling of reliability. After calling Golden Gate, Yad seemed to be professional and reliable. As it turned out he actually was. I landed at Sacramento, got my luggage, the towncar was right there fifty steps from the carousel. Yad had me at my door in Benicia in about 1 hr. and 15 min.
