This is our go to spot for grilled meat, hummus, naan. The meat has great flavor, its juicy, cooked just right! The hummus is the best one we've had in fresno (and we've tried alot). We always order our food and pick it up, we haven't eaten it there in the restaurant but i dont see that being a problem if we did decide. We love eating grilled meat Golden Grill never disappoints! Since this is a very small place, that is more geared toward takeout, the ambience is not much. The service was fine as you walk up to order. The food is quite good, but not perfect. There are many very cool choices that you can't get many other places in town. That is awesome! But my wife ordered the shish kebab rare and it was anything but rare. The next time I go, I will make sure it is rare before I take it out. We also ordered the Lula kebab and a sausage sandwich that was very delicious. Hubby had the chicken shawarma plate with fries (or pilaf or bulgar) salad & hummus. I had the chicken tawouk (kebob) sandwich w/fries (inside the sandwich) garlic sauce, pickle & coleslaw.
