I told her I was back up in Oakland and asked a HUUUUUUGE Favor of them, to mail my CC back to me to save me the 6 hour round trip drive and ALL the headache I'd incur of getting a new card and having to redo all of the auto-pay set for countless bills with a new card number. Guess what? They did it! They took time from their busy lives, put a customer's needs first and saw past my human error and so generously sent my card to my home.
