This was my first time here and oh boy the food was pretty good! I got chicken and my husband got beef. I would most likely order the beef the next time. Food was full of flavor and meat wasn't tough. I really enjoyed the salad which had light dressing. My favorite part of the meal was putting the meat in the bread and spreading the garlic sauce and hummus on it. The combination of the flavors were great! Service was wonderful as well. We were greeted when we walked in and the wait to order was very short. Once they saw a line of 3 people they pulled someone from the back and opened a second register. It use to be my favorite fast food place. I almost always get the large chicken salad and an extra salad dressing for lunch leftovers. There wasn't enough chicken on it for dinner much less for any left overs. It was about 1/3 of what they use to serve. Salad dressing very low on flavor and they don't bother putting any pickles on salad anymore. Bread was hard and stale. When I walked up to counter, one behind it and one in front both turned and walked away without saying a word to me. I'm very sad. Not sure why I have not come in before when this spot is so close to my office. It's delicious! We came around 1:00 for lunch during the week. It was still busy, but food came out a few minutes later. I was also happy to see they have unsweetened brewed tea! My husband ordered a salad with beef and I ordered the chicken shawarma plate which came with plenty of chicken over a some lettuce (loved that), pilaf, hummus and two pieces of pita bread (appreciated two pieces!). I loved everything on my plate. I could have stuffed myself to finish but I ended up saving some for later and extended the goodness. My husband's salad was huge with lots of meat and delicious dressing. When we ordered, I thought the prices were too high - but given the taste and quality of what I received, I was wrong! Okay so these folks are short staffed and almost NEVER answer their phones. But that hasn't changed the quality of their food or the quickness of their service. I order food to go for a hungry family of four. While I'd prefer to call it in and have it ready to pick up when I arrive, they have it ready in about 10ish minutes after I place the order. Just enough time to walk down to the end of the strip and pick up a coffee beverage for the ride home and back. As it is winter while I update my review, the lentil soup is back on the menu. Please, The Broilers--make this year round--I'll order it in 113 degree July--I promise! It is THAT good. My biggest favorite right now is the beef lavash wrap. There's just something about the balance of the beef shawarma, the tahini dressing, lettuce and cucumbers all wrapped in the cloud soft and thin lavash bread. It is heaven in a wrap and a flavor explosion in the mouth. The salads are always fresh, the meats are flavorful, the pink turnip pickles are delicious and crisp. Hummus is creamy, tangy and smooth, and the rice pilaf is true comfort food. And all this--a healthy delicious meal for less than you pay at some fast food drive throughs in town! This was one of my favorite places for gyro sandwich. The pita bread was a quick meal for me extra garlic sauce. However, as time goes on I guess the quality of something also went. Chicken Shawerma Sandwich and the Haav Shawerma Sandwich the best ever. Even better than the ones I had in London. Unfortunately, today I got a burnt pita.with meat and fixing son it. It looked like a tostada. Not the nicely wrapped in a soft Pita. Oh well. The garlic sauce shocking I remember asking once for the recipe for the sauce and was told it's a family secret. Today i probably could have done better with some Garlic and mayonnaise. Maybe just a bad day. But today. It's a 3 from me. I finish with no Tostadas give me the sandwiches with those soft pita's. And that awesome Garlic sauce. The service was unusually fast. Not like before when there was a little wait. While the food here was fresh, it was ok. The salads were really good. The wraps...they kept falling apart. I had a chicken wrap and I don't know if was a thin tortilla or they didn't warm it up right, but the whole thing crumbled in my hands as I was trying to eat it. Went in today for a dine-in order, we couldn't finish all the food so decided to ask for "to-go boxes"... they girl in the front told me they are instructed by management not to give the to go boxes they normally would for to go orders and instead opt to give "foil paper"... be prepared to wrap your food, condiments, and drinks in foil paper LOL. PATHETIC. The worst part is the girls in the front found this whole situation funny and continued to say things behind my back. They do not value customers here. It saddens me to write this review because I usually love The Broilers (reason for giving 2 stars), but this latest experience was awful. My sister and I had been craving their beef salad for a few days and decided to pick some up today. When we got home, we realized that they forgot to pack the dressing (we love the dressing). I called to let them know and they asked if we wanted to come pick it up, which we didn't since we were already home and didn't want to make the 15 minute drive. We also had hot food that we wanted to eat while it was fresh. They weren't very pleasant to speak to and offered us ONE salad, at a later time. I understand that it was a mistake, but at least try to accommodate both me and my sister. My sister's order was messed up too and she didn't get anything out of the deal. After the phone call, while eating the salad with dressing from home, I found a hair in my salad! My latest trip to Broilers was actually really good! The service was good and the food was delicious. I always get the chicken shawarma salad, but this time I got hummus and a side of rice. It was a lot of good, I could easily share that with two others. I had stopped coming in because the food kind of took a nosedive but they redeemed themselves. Chicken was tender and delicious I actually got extra. The hummus was probably the best I've had there, it was just so creamy and flavorful. The rice was pretty good. It was a tad too over cooked but the flavors made up for that. And for some reason the pita bread was so soft and stood warm, I live about 15 minutes away and it tasted super fresh! So glad things are back to normal here because this has always been one of my favorite places to eat. read more

First time here. We were greeted with a friendly "Hello!" from the smiling young woman behind the counter. I especially noticed the cleanliness of the place. My husband and I both ordered the chicken shawarma plate, which included rice, hummus, salad with tomatoes and pickled turnips, garlic sauce and a large pita. We received our order in less than 10 minutes. The portions were just right and quite generous without being "too much". We left feeling very full. As for the quality of the food, it was all fantastic! The rice was perfectly cooked, the hummus was smooth and a little oily. The salad was fresh with crisp veggies, the chicken was tender and juicy (and plentiful!) and the garlic sauce was strong and amazing!! Everything was seasoned to perfection. I can't say enough about the food other than we may make this a weekly visit! I'm just sad that we didn't try it sooner. read more
