We were just driving and noticed this donut shop. The kids had seen the big chain donut place a few doors down and asked about donuts. I had seen the sign for Golden Hands and decided that's where we would go! It did NOT disappoint! The kids went for the normal glazed (but twist not a circle donut!) and vanilla with sprinkles. I wanted to try one of the many others. I tried something different so I sprung for the strawberry with banana cream. I'm not a huge banana fan but oh my goodness this was amazing! This place is heaven! I am not the biggest donut person so I love a place that has donuts and baked goods alike! This place doesn't disappoint - there is so much to choose from and the options rotate daily ! I personally love the blueberry fritters - They are huge and layers of blueberry yet they are only 3 bucks (that's so cheap). The strawberry cheese pastry was also delicious and flaky. The only thing I ordered that I wasn't a huge fan of was the pretzel - it was big and the price was right but it didn't taste better than a wawa pretzel twist. The donuts also come warm since the case seems to be a warming case which is a nice touch. The workers are so nice and they will explain every flavor to you if needed since there are no labels. Amazing local bakery that my friend recommended to me! They have a large variety of breads, stuffed and glazed donuts, and pastries. I went late on a Sunday morning and the small parking lot next door was full. There was a short line in the small shop ahead of me and some of the best sellers were sold out. The person who helped me answered all my questions and I enjoyed everything I tried, including a small cinnamon roll-like pastry and palmier. Golden Hands Bakery is the gem on Wooster Pike and is now our go to shop for donuts. We've tried so many of their donuts, and the sugar twist is still my favorite. My husband loves the glazed apple fritter, and we still polish off donut holes by numbers too high to admit to anyone. There are different types of jelly, and custard filled donuts too that we've added to our list. It's hard to not find something delicious, and the moment you walk in the door the aromas of fresh sweet dough will get you drooling. The service remains friendly, and if you have questions they'll get answered. Old fashioned bakery serving classic donuts. I got a glazed twist and it hit my craving! Apple fritter was okay, but I'd go back for their glazed items again. Only knocking a star down because they need to implement better food service safety. The server wore gloves but touched everything in the bakery wearing the gloves. She touched the glass, trays of donuts, boxes, and even the iPad. She didn't pull the pastries with the paper, but with her hands and merely wrapped the pastries in the paper after she touched everything in site then people's food. Heard about this place on Wooster. I wanted to try their cherry fritter but I was late to the game. So we got some donuts. Small operation and they had a lot of donuts to choose from. Cost was very reasonable and the fried croissants was huge and very good. I tried a personal cherry cake which they said taste similar to their cherry fritter and it was awesome. Their donuts tasted good a day or two later without microwaving them. They were still soft and delicious. This place is a drive for me but I may make special trips out there. Stopped here EARLY around 5:45 driving from Blue Ash to Louisville and it was a delectable morning treat! I had to do a loop around the block because the parking lot sign still has the old business's name on it, but once inside, I was greeted with trays upon trays of donuts and pastries. I had the carrot cake donut and the maple bacon, both of which were outstanding but the maple bacon is probably one of the best I've ever had and it's my favorite donut flavor so I've had a lot. Ladies working were very pleasant, I could never be that nice that early. This is a must stop if near Cincy bright and early. read more

The BEST donuts in all of OHIO. Filled completely yet their dough is so light! I love their Boston it is amazing!!!! All their danishes and croissants are solid. The maple bacon is a lot but if you split it with someone it's so worth it the bacon on it makes it soooo good. Imo I do not care for the oreo or long john. They are just over the top too sweet for me. The apple is ok too much apple not enough crumbles or icing in my opinion I like dunkins ORIGINAL apple crumb more. This place is YUMMMMMY.. They had a churro donut that was killer! Again one to split. You can find the classic tried and true yeast and cake donuts, or go for more unique items like a flaky glazed schnecken, a big elephant ear, or fritters that are the size of your head. Fun options for kids as well like decorated donuts and cookies. My favorite overall though was the chocolate filled donut, dusted in powdered sugar and filled with a thick luscious chocolate cream. There are a lot of bakeries in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky that sell delicious donuts (and I've tried a ton), but Golden Hands takes the win. The donuts are all dipped in a glaze, then finished with the topping/icing. They are the freshest and fluffiest donuts and are just as fresh 2-3 days later. We have tried multiple flavors, and even just a plain glaze is a good choice! They sell homemade bread, drinks, and coffee in addition to baked goods. Previously known as "Moe's" they still display the big sign out front, but the door will promote Golden Hands. This is a tiny little bakery on a main road, easy to be missed. They have outdoor seating but nothing indoor. The staff is friendly and always helpful when choosing donuts!! read more

Employees were beyond friendly and as a fat person who loves baked goods..I can honestly say these were the best donuts I've ever eaten!

They have the BEST baked goods. My only complaint is having to choose. Everything is made fresh and with love. Hubby and I live in independence ky but love making a weekly trip out for our treats.
