Rose promptly refunded my deposit and I'll have to start over. No apologies were offered or explanation. I can't figure out how they stay in business with their business practices. I walked out of there with the perception they just didn't care. One of the most bizarre business transactions I've experienced in my 70 years. If you use them, you've been honestly forewarned.

They bought the rug they didn't put it down because they put the bed down first and they didn't want to take the bed apart to put the rug down. Yeah I am a 65-year-old widow I just had back surgery I can't do that so I just I have complained to the store and they said well you know that that's just it like doesn't matter they were supposed to be a comforter and they said it's not on my sales ticket it is I just have a thoroughly disgusted experience with Ashley. The sales people that sold me this Marian, and summer did not pick up my calls and I would not take talk to me so they gave me the decorative pillows that go with the comforter so I will take those back because I'm gonna use for them and they can tell them away. Why should I empty them with my trash so I would not recommend going to that store because their aftercare is horrible like they will tell you anything but their aftercare is absolutely awful so would not recommend that so if I have to go to Savannah to find furniture that's what I'll Do.

I first engaged with Anderson Power Systems but, after one meeting, they disappeared. So, I thought of H&H since I had seen their vans driving around advertising that they installed and serviced whole house generators. I started engaging with them on 10/3. Today is 12/23 and I still do not have a bid even after multiple attempts to get H&H to provide one. Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one. Presently, I am working with a local electrical contractor on this project and, if he turns out to be reliable and affordable, I will update this review with his contact information. I now know H&H stands for Heedless & Hapless.
