Embarrassed and unsure what to do, she had to call me to add more money to her account. When she got home, I saw her nails and was stunned that she was charged $75 for such a basic set (over $90 without discount). This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a local business trying to build a reputation. I wanted to support a neighborhood establishment, but I won't be returning, and I will be letting others know about our experience. Please be cautious and double-check all pricing in advance -- this salon is not transparent and may overcharge without proper explanation.
