Instead, I left in pain and discomfort. During my pedicure, my big toe was injured, and it has remained sore and painful since my appointment. The area around my toenail became irritated and inflamed, making it uncomfortable to walk or even wear certain shoes. Looking back at photos immediately after my appointment compared to now, it's clear that the toe became increasingly irritated following the service. When you're paying premium prices, you expect technicians to be careful and attentive--not to leave with an injury. A pedicure should never result in days of pain and discomfort. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe others should know about my experience. Spending over $200 only to leave hurting is unacceptable. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves its level of care so other customers don't have a similar experience.

They take extra care of your feet during pedicures and the work they do on manicures is stunning. They put a smile on my face the second I walk in the door. The salon is very well up-kept, clean and modern. They upgrade the appliances and chairs often. And nail colors, galore! Whatever color you're thinking, they likely have it and can create just about any design you come up with. My nail technician is Lynn. She takes pride in her work and always manages to go above and beyond. I always leave satisfied, in love with my nails and looking forward to my next visit.

She doesnt know too much English but was able to use a translator on her phone. I didnt get the name of the person who did my nails but they were kind. I provided her with my design inspiration and she executed it wonderfully. The place is clean and located in a developing asian shopping plaza. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this place. I love that they were receptive to my inquiry and ideas. Helpful for a somewhat inexperienced nail salon girlie. They were not pushy at all! I was always hesitant of going to nail salons bc they would always try to upsell or force you into doing more. Not here. Whatever I asked for, they delivered. I also only wanted to file my nails and keep my natural nail length as much as possible. I had jusy chipped one of my nails and she was able to file it beautifully so shape it to be less noticeable.
