Called for an appointment and an estimate, everything was set within minutes. Set a same day appointment within a 2 hour range. I texted them with pictures of my old door lock and the new lock set, got a quick and very fair install price. We got locked out of our garage when our fumigators disabled the opener and locked our keys inside the garage for safekeeping and our spare didn't work. David first tried to guide us through by phone in case the insides were just corroded and we not not need his services . When that didn't work, he came over, (texting us several times his ETA as he as at another job), and quickly opened it up for us. Very impressed with David with Golden Locksmith. He came out today to fix a security gate that would not unlock. He noticed a mat under the gate and asked if that was new. I said yes. He moved the mat and he was able to unlock and lock the gate. The mat was blocking the gate to be able to connect properly to the latch. He didn't charge me anything for the service call. So impressed with his integrity and honesty. He could have changed the lock and charged me a near fortune but didn't. I wouldn't have know it was simply just moving the mat.
