To say the invitations are gorgeous is an understatement! Vivian and her team at Golden Moments really came through with such a beautiful & elegant design. The process was super easy and they were worth the wait. If you're ordering wedding invitations from this company, allow yourself at least 6 weeks from beginning to end for design and back and forth communication. It does take them a little longer to respond or a design change (anywhere between 24-72h), so even though I knew what I wanted, it still took 3 weeks to get the design ready, and another 3 weeks to print. I had 2 weeks until my event and they were still not responding to finalize my order. If I could give Vivian -1 star I would. Similar things that happened to Nairi Kristina A. and Natalie F happened to me. In the beginning she makes it sound like she cares. The way her voicemail and automatic text responses are set up, she sounds very professional and you think she has her stuff together. But this is not the case. I do not have social media and I do not yelp. But weddings are so important and I felt this needed to be said. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews before getting involved with Golden Moments, because I had to go through stress and frustration. On top of that I am now so delayed that my invitation timing is off by a terrible amount. ..More stress to say the least. Vivian has horrible communication. And when I am going to spend (or am spending) money on goods/ services, especially those that are a lot of money, the most important thing is to be communicated with and to not be kept wondering, to not be kept without answers, and to not be not-responded to. I believe in karma and I did not want to leave this review but others have told me to so that maybe I can help another person with my experience. I have given her more than two weeks to fix the issue or reply and nothing. At first she was a pleasure to work with she would answer my messages very quick and it looked like she cared about her clients towards the end it was very difficult to get in contact with her it was extremely frustrating with wedding planning that's the last thing a bride needs it's very clear that she chooses whom of her clients she is very professional with. the invitations were expensive and she decides to ship through USPS the least she could have done was UPS or FedEx they lost half of the invites it's been more than two weeks my wedding is less than two months away I've tried to get a hold of her to see if she could help and her words were that any issues with shipping have to be handled by me she hasn't offered to message me to see if I even received them( which I haven't) or tried to replaced the lost invitations. Honestly if you're planning a wedding do not go with her and spare the stress or difficult experience. If I could give zero stars I would read more

The acrylic invitations from Golden Moments Design totally stood out from the others. The words were painted on and felt raised when you touched the invitation. It was really different than the others who carved into the acrylic.  Also, I read a bunch of blogs talking about how these invitations break when you mail them. I asked them about this and they told me that the quality of their acrylic was high and would never break in the mail. Right from the start, Vivian was very patient and helpful. I was the maid of honor for my best friend's wedding so I was in charge of helping with the invitations. You would think that invitations would be a smooth process, however Vivian and her team have made this the absolute worst experience!! They are extremely unresponsive and not accommodating at all! My fiancé and I paid $1200 for invitations from them, our wedding is in 6 weeks and we still have not received them!! I've emailed Vivian about 7 times now with no response. My coordinator even reached out and still nothing! They have been a problem since the very beginning! The great experience they claim to offer their customers is not what I got at all! Now here we are with 6 weeks to go and no invites which means no rsvps, no menu selections, no hotel information given to our guests. We have no idea what to tell the caterer, venue, bar service and other contractors about our final head count because we have no invitations. I've been so upset that I'm in the verge of tears and Vivian could care less! I would not recommend them AT ALL!! read more

Words can not describe how exceptionally talents Vivian (lead designer) is when it comes to designing acrylic seating charts. So a little back ground on why I was in need of her services to begin with. Being the manager of a medical business management company I an responsible for our annual business conference with vendors that utilize our services. So I had to set up a seating chart and that was clear to read, modern, and well organized. So after pondering through my contacts I was referred to Golden Moments by a friend of mine who's wife had used Golden Moments for their wedding. Moreover, Vivian made the whole process very easy and streamlined. With a few days she sent me multiple proofs (samples) of seating charts that had been tailored to my liking. Within those samples I was able to two narrow it down to two samples that really stood out, and with a day or two we were able to choose the sample that fit best for the event. In addition to her excellent customer service and business model she was also EXTREMELY flexible when it came down to pricing.
