I was driving by on my way home and boom... Grand opening 30% off I saw, and my nails were trash... so of course I tried the location out. It's only been open a little over a week, so it's totally not too busy right now. Lots of parking and near everything you could possibly need. Yes, there's a margarita/drink list. I had the bloody mary, and I can tell they use zing Zang, and it was made to perfection. It's super clean; they take their time with you, and there are so many options. Make sure you check in on Yelp to see what offers they offer and mention your nail tech. Mine was Lan, and she was great. I only did a dip on my real nails, but it was great ! Sad to say I won't be returning because service HAS changed. Paid for an upgraded pedicure to have a deep leg and foot massage but did not include callous remover which they tried to upsell for $5, my pedicure was the sunkissed pedicure for $36 and did not include callous remover. The rates they are charging at this place are now ridiculous but that wasn't my issue. I got a girl who could apparently not speak or comprehend anything I was saying.. I should have left right there. I asked her to cut my nails all the way down, she looks at me and continues to file. I then had to ask the lady next her bc the girl couldn't understand me?? Then she continues to barely rub my legs and feet when I PAID for an upgraded service specifically for this experience. I gave the place a chance by talking to the receptionist who speaks English just fine and her response "ok, I'll talk to her". I was ushered to a chair next to my wife (I'm a guy), handed an adult beverage of my choice, and pampered to within an inch of my life! My techs were Linh and Lily, and they were incredible! Lily worked on my hands, and Linh worked on my feet. The massage, pampering, treatments were phenomenal! My cuticles were trimmed without anyone nipping too much and drawing blood, which was awesome! Come to find out AFTER my nails were done, that they charged $20 extra for gel polish. So I ended up paying $57 even though the front desk person check marked my service ticket at $37. When I spoke to him about the misconception, he said that there's a box that says "add gel $20." When I looked at my ticket, there IS a box that indicates that, but it's listed with the pedicures-- not any where near the prices for new sets for your hands. That's misleading. Either way, I don't like being deceived and I'll be sure to not come back here. Oh, and they assured me they could match the color I wanted and this isn't even close. Don't go here. It's expensive and the quality is poor. I got a pedicure and my nails dipped. When I got home I realized that half of my toes had the color smudged so I had repaint then myself. And then within four days the dip was already chipping off my thumb and the nail eventually broke two days later and the dip was starting to chip off the edges my pointer finger. I had to go and get my nails done at a different salon a week after getting them done here. I have never had to do that before. I won't be coming back. read more

She asked if I wanted to keep them and then said she was going to. Review based mainly on 1 technician My mom, myself, and my 2yo daughter had an appt at 12:30 on Wednesday 5/25 for pedi's and mani's. They us quickly and someone started working on my mom's feet, she's was and older woman and super nice. 15 min later a young lady with very long hair started on mine, she was great! My daughter decided she was scared and didn't want anything (it was her 1st visit). We moved to get our hands done after about 30min of pedi time. My mom wanted tips and dipped and got a tall older gentleman with longer hair. He was very attentive and thorough she was happy with his work. About 20 min later my technician (Wendy) came over and started on mine. I wanted french dip with no tips manicure. She was very nice but rushed the ENTIRE time. They were starting to get busy but more technicians were coming in and she just kept looking around and other techs kept coming to her for various things. I was done before my mom and he was already nearly done with 1 whole hand when I was started. She nicked my cuticle in one hand and some of my nails were crooked. Mine were already lifting by the next day. My mom's started cracking 10 days after they were done. Mind you we are not hard on our hands at all so for them not to last at least 2 weeks is surprising. My 16 yr old niece goes there often but the quality of the nails does depend on the person who does them. Keep in mind that my niece wears long nails consistently so she knows how to keep them and normally her nails can last 2 mo or more. This particular visit was 9 days ago and since then, my niece has had three nails already break/pop off. We've gone back twice to have them repaired. First repair, the salon was pretty busy but the time only took 20-25 mins. We didn't want to get anyone in trouble but even the staff was concerned about her nails and kept asking her who did them. She pointed that person out and she said the air was tense during that session. Overall, not bad - in and out. Today - the 2nd repair for two nails and business not as busy as the first time took 1.5 hours. An hour and a half to fix two nails. I should have stayed inside with my niece because each time I left her alone, so did the manicurist. They made her wait around instead of fixing the nails and from a customer stand point, we came in at a normal time and only requested a repair, not a full set or anything complicated. I waited in the car but they left her to sit by herself and chose to take care of other customers when there was no wait/ no real need to. She told me the person doing her nails spent more time in the back rooms than on the floor. 4 separate customers finished and left in this time so there was availability. After I came in and asked for them to finish the nails since it's been over an hour, the finishing took 15 mins. Not to mention the price gouging - different managers give different pricing for nails such as one week the price for a set with a design and color can be $65 with basic/standard charges and the next manager claims the same nail design is $65 plus $15 for length, another $15 for the line design, etc. it's always gouged and set to an extra $15 with this male manager. With these repairs, they wanted to charge but it's been within 2 weeks, which is the timeframe they claim their nails should last. Which I thought was greedy. Personally I only do pedicures there because those are typically flat fees so I can't be haggled but especially because of these last interactions, we don't plan on coming back read more
