Came in today after the winter shut in. They were also running 30% off all services. I got the pink cosmo pedi -first thing I will say is customer service is great. They set up my pedi and the rose smell was more than I could take. I wasn't thinking -they immediately changed to cucumber and it even had fresh slices of cucumber! It smelled wonderful. The massage was fantastic and all the little extras that come with the service. Hot stones, warm towel.... All great! Management was nice and present! I normally don't make reviews but I am in physical pain after getting gel x. I honestly love this place and their deals they offer. I have gotten gel X before here, no problem. They came out great. This last visit was the most painful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The toughest drill bit was taken to my cuticles and obviously it tore apart my skin. After that all the chemicals put in after was so painful. A week later and I still have scabs and blood on my cuticles, which were also flooded with product. Photos were day of. 1. Lily got polish on the top of my left hand and she tried to scrape it off w/ the BUFFER!! I pulled my hand away. I had to pull away 3x b/c she kept over drilling in the same spot and it was burning! Date of svc early Feb 2. Place is OVER priced! Total bill for 1 full set w/ gel polish and two fills w/ gel polish was over $200 w/ tip. They charged me an additional $5 to file my nails down w/ the drill. I only had two weeks worth of growth and I keep my nails active length!! Date of svc 2/25 3. Daughter ( who got the full set ) on 2/25 just had a second nail pop off today. We were going in after school for fills. We have changed our minds and we'll not be returning. As pricy as this place is, nails should not be popping off and they shouldn't be nickel and dime-ing you to file your nails down w/ the drill when that is typically included!! read more

I went there about three times for acrylic set and pedicures. Service is great and very cute aesthetic. Really disappointed this last time and went in to get my nails fixed. It's only been about a week since I had my nails done and I work a lot so this was the first time I could make it back in to get them fixed. We all know if you get acrylic on the cuticle it causes lifting and normally (I've been getting my nails done for 20 years) I can go close to 3 weeks before getting a fill. They wanted to charge me full price for a fill. I was not expecting to get a free service however discounted or something since I'm having to come in a week and a half earlier than normal. Nope. I'm a loyal customer and will go back to the same person for years but I will absolutely not be back or recommend. read more

I was first blown away by how beautiful the inside is! As the name suggests, there is a bar inside for customers with a variety of drinks to choose from. I asked for an acrylic manicure with design and extension. My nail tech was Isabel, who was very professional and accommodating to the look I requested. I absolutely love how my nails turned out! Went it for a full set with gel French tip. Nails were terrible the whole structure of them kept telling the tech but she insisted there was nothing wrong with the nails. We got to the French tip part and it was uneven explained I wasn't happy with them. Finally another lady came but again they don't know how to do French tip. Left my fingers all stained with gel polish. I got there at 10am didn't leave till 1:10pm. Gave up on the French and was overall frustrated. Decided to go with a plain color to leave. When it was time to pay they still wanted me to pay for the extra cost of the design even though none of them could do it and I had a solid color. LEFT WITH SOME UGLY ASS BUMPY NAILS. I work with my hands at work and my nails were in pretty bad shape. All week I was looking forward to getting a manicure. From the time I got there, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. That elderly lady had no business doing anybody nails. She was scared of the clippers, she didn't buff my nails, or even shape them. It was more of a hand wash and dry. love this place so much! i've lived in the area my entire life and tried countless nail salons. i have been here several times and feel relieved i don't have to keep searching for a consistent nail salon! i have had several different nail techs, William and BeBe are by far the best!! they both focus on the details and make sure i leave the salon 100% satisfied with my nails. the salon itself is clean and cute! there are a ton of nail colors to choose from as well. i would say the pricing is extremely affordable as well. without tip, i pay less than $90 for both my regular polish pedicure and dip! highly recommend this nail salon! read more
