We both opted for the top tier option, I don't recall what it was titled, but it was $55 each. Neither of us wanted gel polish, so there was no additional up charges. Both of our technicians were friendly, smiley and chatted with us the entire time. I want to comment on how clean their salon is, no heavy chemical smells, lots of big beautiful real plants, and just a relaxing space to be in. No. They treated my elderly mother terribly. Rushed her out of her seat do the nail tech could take one of her regular customers and get this....that customer didn't even have an appointment!! She told the nail tech she could wait until my mother's service was done that she was not in a hurry. Customer even apologized to my mother for the nail tech's behavior. The owner just stood there and watched while the Asian tech moved my mother's things to his station. Shew was very upset with the whole situation. He tried to make it better but the damage had been done because he allowed it. That was my second time there and my mother's first. Not only did he lose her as a customer but me as well. I've been coming here for years and I love the staff, but I'm not sure I'll be back. I called on the Friday that salons were allowed to open again, after Coronavirus. I was told that they wouldn't open until the following Friday, but I would need to call back on Tues morning to schedule an appointment. I call back Tues morning and I'm told that I can't schedule and to call back that afternoon. I call back that afternoon and get an appointment for Friday afternoon. I show up on Friday for my pedicure and the place is packed. They look at me strange and ask if I made an appointment. (It was clear they hadn't written my appt down and had no room for me.) The owner asked me to wait in my car for 20 minutes. After that time, I come to the door and they've locked it. So I knock and when it's opened, the owner tells me they're still not ready and asks that I wait for another 15 min in my car. At this point, not only will it be way beyond my appt time, but I'm thinking they'll rush on my pedicure because I'm being "squeezed in" for an appointment I made 3 days earlier. So I just left. I did not feel like a valued customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Tried to give this place a lot of chances every time I go with my mom since 2016 and last time I'll go with her here. (Although my mom has never had a bad experience but she's not one to complain) Usually always have my nails filed to were it cuts my skin... which causes every other product to burn my skin. Acrylic nails too thick unless done by Andy who does amazing nails. Had my toes done and was told they were dry my shoes ruined them cause they were not dry. All of my toes were ruined and have to redo them and only got a very tiny discount. Three people asked me what color gel I wanted my nails repeatedly I said white once I had my nails done I realized she was on the fourth coat of clear gel.... ugh got charged for CLEAR gel I did not ask for. Overpriced for the work done. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I told the tech what I wanted and even showed her a picture for reference, she messed up on the design and told me it was because she wasn't a "professional". The powder was overpriced and I got cut by the filer in between my nail. I ended up having to get a completely different design and most of the nails were crooked. I got dip nails for $40 and 7 hours later the tip of the top coat was peeling off... went and got it fixed the next day- it's now a day after that and the same two nails are peeling AGAIN. I visited this location for the first time around 3 o'clock on a Sunday. I usually go somewhere closer to where I live but for some reason they were closed. I decided to give Spicy Nails a try. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place itself is welcoming and very clean! Sam did my pedi and I absolutely adore him. He was very courteous and took his time with my pedi. He was a great conversationalist and even told me to close my eyes during the massage part of the pedi. It was super relaxing and didn't feel rushed at all. I got a pedicure last week... the pedicure felt great but my toes look terrible. Two days after I got them done the polish chipped off of two of my toes, I went back in and they fixed them no issue now another two days later more are chipped off. He does a very good job on my nails, uses high quality materials and always provides excellent customer service. My favorite pedicure tech is Van and my husband likes Amy. I tell them exactly what I want and ask for the price and at the end when I pay the price ALWAYS changes. I hate when businesses play the bait and switch game. Disclaimer: I actually did not get a pedi here. Instead, I walked in and waited a few minutes, before deciding to leave because my first impressions were so bad. It was dark inside and the TV was blaring. The pedicure chairs were grouped together in such a way where you would be facing other people getting services, without a lot of room in between. It was not like the usual setup with a row of chairs. It did not seem very clean. However, the advertised prices were really cheap.
