Each of the last three manicures I had included no cuticle prep. They just filed the nail plate down, put on the dehydrator, and did the dip. My actual nails were completely ruined in the process. I have strong nails that I take care of, but after the last few manicures I was left with extremely thin, weak nails. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here!
