The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. However, I was still nervous because the hair down there is thicker and more concentrated, BUT Stephanie was wonderful! She walked me through every step of the process, so I could prepare myself. She also has you do a breathing exercise to help with the pain. I've gone to other people since my appointment with Stephanie, and other people don't do this.
