The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.

I requested quotes from 3 companies and scheduled appointments. Adolfo was the first to give me an estimate, he arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the birch. He recommended that it would be best to take the tree down and grind the stump because it was infested with carpenter ants and was leaning towards the neighbors yard. He gave a very reasonable estimate to take down the birch grind the stump along with another stump and clean up the honey locust and a crabapple tree. The second company never showed up for the estimate. The third company arrived on time but may have spend less than 5 minutes getting me a quote never mentioned anything about the carpenter ants I accepted Aldofo's estimate and was placed on the schedule. About a week later I received a phone call the day before that they would be onsite at 7am the next day. Adolfo and his crew arrived early and were already working at 7am. They quickly took down the birch tree and started on the honey locust. His crew also removed any dead branches on any additional trees in our yard for no additional cost. Adolfo and his crew left our yard cleaner that it was before they started. 5 star company, will be doing business again with him and will recommend to anyone needing tree service.
