Combo4: fried shrimp, Cashew chicken chow mein, sweet & sour chicken
    Cindy C.

First time back after a few years & the service is as great as before, but not so much the food. The fried shrimp were great! The Cashew chicken chow mein was good with lots of veggies & served over chow mein noodles which was the only problem I had with my meal, for they tasted like they were old. I would've preferred steamed rice, but $3 for a bowl of rice seemed a bit too costly, considering the menu prices have increased as is common these days. The Sweet & sour chicken (breaded) was also great. And so very glad this restaurant does NOT use MSG! Overall it was a good meal, & I appreciate that the to-go boxes no longer have the metal handles

This has been a family staple for 20 years. The inside hasn't changed a bit but don't judge a book by its cover. Food is fantastic. General Tsos is the best around. All of the sauces are full of flavor and we always start with the BBQ pork. Portions are huge and we always have leftovers. Worth a try. Support local!

Friendly , fast, affordable, and large portions. I always get General Tsengs extra spicy. It is so good! I am also a huge fan of their hot and sour soup. Sweet and sour chicken is also good. Only a few things I would change is to request staff be a little more diligent about deveining the shrimp. Nobody wants to eat the poop shoot. Use filtered water. Nobody wants to drink tap water. Those things aside this is a good place to eat.

My family has been going here for 15+ years. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is consistent, delicious, hot and fresh. Prices and portions are great, too!

We had a recommendations that this place was OK/good... Let me tell you do not eat here!! We had some of your standard dishes, such as, pot stickers, sweet-and-sour pork, ginger beef, a couple eggrolls, seafood mixed with vegetables, and hot and sour soup. The ginger beef was undercooked, the eggrolls were particularly gross and greasy, and the pot stickers fell apart at the touch! The sweet and sour pork and seafood medley with vegetables (it's called 3 Delicacies) were okay at best with the scallops being really tiny and gross and the snow peas were borderline rotten. The soup was good, however, the fortune cookies were stale, and lastly, this disgusting feast was $75!!!

Good food. Some of my favorite in town. Like the egg rolls, sesame beef, pineapple chicken, and the #7 combo.

If you're hungry for Chinese food driving between Seattle and Portland, the Golden Palace is a worthwhile side trip off I-5 near historic Longview for good service and well prepared and generous portions of Chinese American cuisine. The Family meals have huge portions, so come hungry and bring your teens to help clear the plates. We ended up ordering the meal for two but with appetizers, a huge serving bowl of soup, and two huge platters heaped with the entrees, we have leftovers for two more meals.

Have eaten here once or twice before and have picked up food for a local relative. I've always thought their food was good, but was really impressed with the dinner this evening. The large bowl of hot and sour was great with actual meat in it! Appetizers were good, especially the fried shrimp. Mongolian Beef was tender, not as spicy as I would like, but great flavor. The Kung Pao Chicken was fantastic without a bunch of useless veggies.

The pot stickers were gigantic! The Wor Won Ton soup was good... that's all I have to say about that.

The most ordinary of ordinary Chinese food. Pleasant and fast service. Seems popular with the seniors and families. Can't recommend it.

This has been one of my favorite local restaurants to visit for appx 8 years, mostly due to not…read moreusing MSG in their food. Admittedly though, it has been a while since I was in last. Their food was good for most part, but I definitely noticed some changes: the pork fried rice was a bit on the dry side & sadly, the hot & sour soup was mild- hot only by temperature & not sour at all. The sweet & sour chicken was good, with the breading being of light & crunchy texture with good flavor & the chicken within being all white chicken! I asked for a side of additional sauce, as the sauce on the chicken served flows to the bottom & is hard to get to for dipping. My Kung Pao included some chunks of fresh zucchini & good sized chunks of dark meat chicken along with just the right amount of large peanuts in a brown sauce, but too mild & lacking of spice (peppers type) heat. The fried shrimp was very good & I appreciated the allowed substitution. The complimentary tea was also greatly appreciated. There was plenty of food served, allowing for left overs. Service was excellent as is customary there! The ambiance is comfortable & hasn't changed thru the years of which I've been dining there. If a food item is listed as spicy on the menu, it should be as such in my opinion, therefore I'm really wanting to give 3.5 stars, as the food has become much more milder than what I've ever tasted before, sadly.

if your meal starts w/a fried gnat ...you show the waitress, it's whole body/antenna/wings....and…read moreshe rubs it off in her palms, and says...I see nothing.... I should've left vs looking at each bite. I just couldn't eat it. I left a full plate.
