They messaged me back within less than 10 minutes, giving me a flat rate price of $225 for the service and tried to book me the same day unfortunately I was unavailable but they booked me the next day by giving me a two hour window. Justin showed up 20 minutes before the start of the two hour window, looked at the crawlspace said no problem. He got suited up and went underneath to explore and within five minutes he'd come back out letting me know that it was not a rat, but actually a large opossum. He just got a few trash bags went back underneath took a few pictures and picked up the large opossum taking it out to the truck. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, he even gave me ideas on how to make sure that this doesn't happen again and other services that they provide. I could not recommend this company enough, and would definitely use them again.
