On June 5 2026, we found out that we had a rodent problem in our house because when I was sleeping, I heard some scratching somewhere close to my room. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that something had been chewing on my carpet and my wooden door. This is when we started to get concerned. I highly recommend 360 Rodent Control. Lee, the inspector,took the time to explain something extremely important -- the big difference between a regular pest control company and a true rodent control expert. I had previously used Terminix. They did their best and are excellent for general pests, but rodents require a completely different specialty. Unfortunately, the problem actually got worse because the real issue -- entry points -- wasn't addressed. Lee explained how critical proper exclusion is (sealing every possible entry point so rodents can't get in). Once his team handled it, the difference was immediate. Santiago and his helper did excellent work. They worked from about 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. making sure everything was done thoroughly. They also helped with extra suctioning, cleaning, and decontaminating inside the house at my request. Two weeks later, Noe came for the follow-up inspection and everything looked great. He even did a little extra exclusion work in the kitchen cabinets just to be on the safe side, which I really appreciated. Before the work was done, I constantly heard mice running in the walls and attic and it was driving me crazy. After the second day the noise dropped dramatically, and by the third or fourth day it was completely gone. On called Rodent control early in the morning on Friday May, 22nd. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get my an appointment that same day. By noon, they sent representative, Micah, for a free assessment. He was there exactly at appointment time. He checked every point of entrance, of the mice and explained me the four step process in eradicating the problem. He was very professional, and courteous. Micah was able to start the process with his team right away. On Monday May 25th; memorial day, the company came at the time and left at the time, Micah had told me. We worked with them in late 2023. Decided to go with them because they sounded very good at what they did and their price was reasonable. They had included 6 months or pay for extended 1 year warranty; I asked their opinion and they say people don't have issues with rodents after their services so no need to do 1 year.  Around 5 months I thought I heard something in the attic and had them come back. They came back to set traps and check the attic; one of the technicians noted rodent poop and wasn't sure if it was new (probably was new or they didn't do a good job cleaning initially). The technician wanted to come back a third time but the company said it was out of the 6 month warranty period so I would have to pay to extend the warranty or pay for the site visit... If the problem is discovered within the 6 month period they should follow through and make sure the issue is resolved (ie. if your computer breaks the day before your warranty ends, the company will fix it. They will not say "oh we can only fix part of it because it will take more than 1 day to fix" or "we will have to charge you some money for the fix") Some time later, i go into the attic and see a dead rodent in the trap along with plenty of poop in the crawl space. We gave them a call and they said they can extend the warranty and come put some traps and fix the issues. We got other quotes and decided to go with another company. During this process I learned that there was a huge gap underneath our stucco (see pic) that one of the vendors saw which means 360 RC missed sealing an exterior entry point. In the 360 RC contract it says "rodent proofing attic". We learned through other vendors that we actually have "two" attic spaces so 360 RC only "rodent proof" one of them and didn't mention the other one at all because it was difficult to access from the main attic space; so cleaning one attic but leaving the other still full of rodent pheromones and not rodent proof doesn't help. They didn't even mention the other attic (you can actually see it from the larger attic since they are connected) but difficult to access unless you are small. I also had to get some roof work done and the roofers noticed that whoever came on the roof (360 rodent control) to fix an entry point had broken roof tiles and exposed felt paper (see pics). Essentially what they did was seal some holes but not all of them so rodents still had plenty of entry points to come in. I would not recommend this company. In addition if they were really good at what they do they would offer at least a 1-2 year warranty; if their work is so good it should last more than 6 months. The 2nd company we went with had a warranty of 5+ years as part of the contract. Unfortunately wasted a few thousand dollars with them and can't get them back. Good thing we didn't go with them a second time. They probably would have just kept coming back to set traps and then 6 months would pass the rodents would keep coming back and they would keep charging us to extend another 6 months to continue the cycle without actually identifying and solving the problem.
