Mirder Hornets have nothing on the ant plague of 2020. We all get ants when the weather warms up but I have never had to call an exterminator until this year. Fortunately, my problem was outside and the ants we did have inside were few and manageable. The ant problem outside; however, was intolerable- the minute you went outside, they were crawling all over you. I put a call in to Axis and the owner was readily available to spray my home. I only had the outside sprayed; however the few trouble spots inside cleared up as well. The solution used is completely scentless and highly effective. While the spraying was occurring, I had 2 plates of dry cat food outside completely covered in ants. The table on which the plates were located was also covered. While Axis suggested I toss the food, I decided to keep it because there's an opossum that comes by and eats anything. Lo and behold, a few hours after the spraying, ALL of the ants on the plates and table were gone. Now that's some effective spray! Finding a reliable, professional, punctual and friendly contractor or service provider is so difficult nowadays especially for pest control. Stanley and his team fumigated my home for terminates last year and replaced pieces of rotten wood from various places of my home. Last month while walking around the property I noticed one area that was missed. There were two pieces of wood that were falling apart from my roof due to termite and humidity. I called Stanley to see if he can fix it and and he gladly came with his team to replace the wood due to the backing of his warranty. On another note, I recently been getting bombarded with spiders throughout my home as well as various insects and ants. Stanley again came out and sprayed my home thoroughly. This is by far the worst pest control service I have ever had. When I signed up they said they would send videos of what they did so there was no need for you to even be home. I have yet to receive a video in a year. The guy comes and sprays all over creation, not even a controlled spray. After the first service I had to call several time to have them come back. Keep in mind I had a really good service that I never had to get them back to my home. I will not ever hire this company again. Sorry I hired them in the first place. We showed them the bugs we had killed and they did a thorough inspection of our house and property. Turns out they were just ants and we didn't have termites. What a relief!
