Unfortunately we could not proceed do to city restrictions beyond his control. We pivoted to a free standing cover with the max dimensions without a permit required. In my city that is 120sq ft based on my lot size. I felt very comfortable with Jose's workmanship and ability to follow through with the work laid out. Price was better than all the other competitors quotes by thousands. There were some times were Jose got very busy and was lacking in timely responses, but eventually we were able to get all the details worked out and once work started they finished in about 4 working days over a week.
