This place just isn't the same anymore. The place has a stuffy odor and the sheets didn't feel super clean. All this was still somewhat ok, considering the price. But the therapist was so distracted throughout the 90minutes. Her phone was vibrating and she was clearly answering it. She stepped out a few times to talk to her colleague. And the icing on the cake was the demand of more tip!! I think I was being pretty nice and gave her 22%. And she had the audacity to demand 27.78%! Just wanted to share my recent experience for the people planning to visit this massage center. Me and my wife went to this massage center for some relaxation and my experience was horrible. We have gone to multiple massages but this was the worst massage we ever got. We both started feeling headache and backache after the massage immediately. My wife complained about it immediately to the person but we didn't get proper response. But body ache got worse next day and got fever. My wife called massage center to discuss this politely. I now consider myself to be a "Regular" here. I will warn you that my first 2 interactions with them over the phone trying to see if they would be a good fit did go well. I mention this to keep others from feeling discouraged. The staff speak Mandarin and very limited English so there were unable to answer any of my questions over the phone. Other reviewers have stated that the pricing is $20 for an hour massage (as recently as 3 months ago) but the price has doubled ($40 and hour). They do offer a prepaid program (with a punch card) where you pay for 10 hours ($400) upfront and receive 11 hours. Price wise they are now about the same as the other small massage places. I have been working with Amy who is great. She always gives me the full hour. She is able to tell where I need more work. There is a language barrier but this has not be a problem because before we start I point to where I would like her to focus and parts that I would prefer she skips. I have had masseuses in the past who talk the entire time making me feel obligated to respond but with Amy I get to relax the entire hour. As others have stated the facilities are not fancy but everything is clean. They have individual cubicles for individual massages with a curtain for privacy at the entrance to the cubicle. I would say I'm a foot massage aficionado and having been through so many, I would say my partner and I had would agree this is one of the best ones I've had in the bay. We did the 70 min foot and body combo for $35. What a steal. We tipped $15 each. I had Kevin and my partner had Lisa. Kevin seemed to hit all the rights spots during the foot massage and the neck/shoulder.
