First time here and it was not all good not all bad either. The outside does not match the inside. The outside looks old but you go inside and it's roomy and the menu pops with bright colors. What came to my table was not a patty melt but a double decker ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon. Very little mayo. I said I ordered the patty melt. She asked if I wanted to return it. But gosh this was so much food. It was stacked and I mean stacked. I just didn't want to waste the food so I said this was fine. She was nice enough to give me the patty melt to go, which I thought was very generous. The sandwich was alright. But it has grilled onions on a cold ham sandwich, it was just weird. I mean who puts grilled onions on a club sandwich? Wouldn't that be a red flag? The onion rings were just bad. Please 86 these onion rings. Why are they orange? Why does my mouth feel chalky and my hands feel weird after touching them? The secret to a good onion ring is the batter. An onion is just an onion. Ordered a "BCB" burger in the drive thru. Unsure of how dry the burger might be I asked if they can add a little extra dressing to the burger. The attendant was rude and she said that's going to be an extra charge. Assuming she may not have heard me I asked for clarity. An extra charge for extra dressing? She said in another rude tone, I can remove that charge if you like. You won't get amazing food, but you will get a variety of food for an ok price. There's plenty of booths to pop a squat and eat your meal. It's pretty much what you'd expect, not great and not bad. I've had about everything they make along with customizing some of their offerings. I've never been wowed nor have I ever been disappointed with anything I've ordered. They are pretty quick on getting your order ready, so if you're short on time it's a decent place to stop in or drive thru. They take credit/debit cards so that's always a plus.
