A side of onion rings and an iced coffee. I had to get a couple of tacos for myself just because. The drive thru experience was smooth just let them know I had a mobile order was directed to the window and had my food in no time. Everything as requested. The App accepts Apple Pay so no need to wait for change. The location is well maintained recently repainted. There is ample parking. Once in a long while, an employee forgets to give me condiments. For the most part, service is quick and food is excellent for fast food standard. My usual is the Sourdough Jack. Ultimate cheeseburger, curly fries, cheesecake, and double chocolate cake is pretty solid too. I highly recommend the caramel iced coffee from this location. read more

Drive thru a long slow line. when I ordered, I told the attendant I had two complimentary meal coupons and ordered the siracha sandwich combos. Mr. Carlos Diaz, DO, District Manager, Feastfoods, LLC, had gracefully sent these 2 coupons to me. The instructions were never to redeem them at any particular store we live in Long Beach, and this store was closest to us today. The manager, Alvaro R. refused to honor the coupons. He stated, the coupons were not from his store. 'you could buy one meal though, and I'll take one coupon only' I was patient enough to explain that the coupons had no rules to use in one particular store, and that we would really like to redeem them as we were craving a sandwich. He spoke and negated any favorable outcome and with the outmost lack of respect, positive attitude, basic manners and decency. He was insinuating, he could take one coupon but not two. which means, he could have honored both, if he could honor one coupon. What if I were an inspector, or quality control from headquarters?
