A side of onion rings and an iced coffee. I had to get a couple of tacos for myself just because. The drive thru experience was smooth just let them know I had a mobile order was directed to the window and had my food in no time. Everything as requested. The App accepts Apple Pay so no need to wait for change. The location is well maintained recently repainted. There is ample parking. Once in a long while, an employee forgets to give me condiments. For the most part, service is quick and food is excellent for fast food standard. My usual is the Sourdough Jack. Ultimate cheeseburger, curly fries, cheesecake, and double chocolate cake is pretty solid too. I highly recommend the caramel iced coffee from this location. read more

Service with a smile and even if the line(s) span the globe, they will get you outta there in decent time. Way, way better than that porta-potty craphole Mickey D's that is across the street... Great selection of sandwiches, salads and extra-curriculars, (I love the jalapeno poppers), as well as a few "low-calorie" options. And to be honest... Jack's tacos rock!!! As freakin' ugly and simple as they are, I could eat about 10 of the little feckers with no problem. But... I can, (again, contrary to popular belief), exercise some semblance of self control and limit my intake to two, (worse case three), of 'em in the rare instances I suffer an epic fail and fall off the proverbial taco truck. Smallish parking lot and the interior is typically very clean, though I drive-thru more often than not, (just because I'm in a hurry and have to get back to the office). Drive thru a long slow line. when I ordered, I told the attendant I had two complimentary meal coupons and ordered the siracha sandwich combos. Mr. Carlos Diaz, DO, District Manager, Feastfoods, LLC, had gracefully sent these 2 coupons to me. The instructions were never to redeem them at any particular store we live in Long Beach, and this store was closest to us today. The manager, Alvaro R. refused to honor the coupons. He stated, the coupons were not from his store. 'you could buy one meal though, and I'll take one coupon only' I was patient enough to explain that the coupons had no rules to use in one particular store, and that we would really like to redeem them as we were craving a sandwich. He spoke and negated any favorable outcome and with the outmost lack of respect, positive attitude, basic manners and decency. He was insinuating, he could take one coupon but not two. which means, he could have honored both, if he could honor one coupon. What if I were an inspector, or quality control from headquarters? What if we were really hungry and had nothing to eat, but those coupons to feed us. The attendant and the manager, Alvaro R at this store are what seems to be wrong with things now a days. Waiting in line for over 20 minutes on a hot day is not how I like to spend my time. My dad gets these coupons from Jack in the Box that I never get and he sent me to get food. This coupon was for 2 extreme sausage combos for $6. That's an amazing deal! However, he just wants the sandwiches which by themselves is over $6 dollars. But the confusing part for everybody is the drink situation. I don't want coffee and the young man told me I could get something to replace it. When he said bottled water, I said ok. Hispanic employee at drive-thru was given specific order which contained at 2 for 12 coupon for buttery chicken sandwich with bacon and everything instead she put that it was a spicy chicken sandwich as simple as it sounds and then made all these gestures when I gave her the coupon dad said that specific order that I ordered on the intercom and try to tell her co-workers that I ordered a spicy chicken when in fact that wasn't true.
