Jason worked on my husband's computer (2009 MacBook Pro). It was bogged down with photos, videos and old files. He answers the phone and scheduled an appointment. He came to our place masked-and-gloved up like a Covid 19 proof warrior. He charges by the hour but was only needed for about 20 minutes, but we happily paid the full rate ($100). Was I ever glad I found Jason! I had a computer crash situation where my system was non-responsive and wouldn't even boot at all. Jason helped our law office set up our new cloud server system and he was great! Our location seems to have our fair share of power outages and anytime we encounter a problem with the reboot he has always helped us by either accessing our computers remotely or coming into the office. He's always willing to work on any of the little technical issues we can't fix ourselves (a printer acting funny or problems with our VOIP phones). He also helped us set up our laptops to be able to work remotely using a free system when we had been using a paid service with way less quality in the past. Jason has been helping me with my IT needs for a couple of years, and every visit is a pure pleasure. He is amazing. I would sometimes have lists of 10 or even more issues or questions, and he would zip through them solving problems left and right, whether it was with my iMac or my iPhone or media players and even my e-readers (Nook and Kindle) and my bluetooth in my car. He even came to my office and handled some issues with my desktop at work. Recently I was experiencing problems streaming via my BluRay player and getting buffering on Netflix and Amazon Instant when my internet speed was not the problem. He suggested getting a Roku. He came over and installed my Roku 3, and it just totally handled the problem, but even more, I think the picture quality is better than with my BluRay player, and it has lightning fast operation.
