I needed to have the houses painted as fast as possible because I have new tenants moving in at the beginning of the month and they delivered excellent results within my narrow timeline. What I like about San Diego Paint Pros is that once they start a job, they come back everyday until they finish it. Many of the paint companies I have used in the past took way too long, once they started a job they would disappear for days and then try and tell me they need to charge more money because it was more work then they anticipated. Even though college rental units get a lot of damage to the walls I really hate getting uncharged after getting a bid for the job. The production manager (Chris) has never charged me more then the budgeted amount of money for a job and I think thats a very professional way of conducting business. I'm pretty sure in California a homeowner has a minimum of 3 days cooling off, for seniors 65+ they have 5 days and a contractor must return the monies held on deposit which is usually the right thing to do. In either case, I can't imagine someone would take advantage of seniors like this- but Dan Burke is a master at elder abuse. The kitchen cabinets are chipping and cracking everywhere. I called Andres back to the house to take a look and confirm that this should not be happening. I have had numerous contractors in my home since this job was finished and every one of them said the cracking/chipping is because of the lack of sanding prior to painting.
