I've been going to golden stitch since I was in middle school for my Dickies school uniforms. Sophie is wonderful! She always asks how my parents are doing and really cares about her customers. I needed some embroidery on 6 new work shirts. Sophie was patient and explained what would work best with my shirts. She showed me embroidery examples and helped me pick out font and font size for the best look. On top of the great initial service, she delivered a couple days before her estimated finish date, even though she was getting over a cold. They told me to email a file - but didn't understand the different between text in an email, and an attached file. Then, while talking on the phone (or trying to), she could barely speak or understand english. After several minutes of trying to communicate, I finally gave up. There are A DOZEN other places nearby. If you speak english, look elsewhere to do embroidery business. read more

These guys are awesome! This is one of the few stores in So.Cal that offers quality T-Shirts made with thick cotton and a nice fit that last forever. Everyone else sells shirts that are thin and cheap. Golden Stitch sells quality material shirts that will last forever and a super price! Also their hats are fantastic. I had 3 different interactions with this business, through email and on the phone, and Sophie has ZERO customer service skills. I'm all for an honest sales person but rude and disrespectful should not to be confused for honesty. She clearly is doing very well as a business because after communicating with her for 2 days she ultimately told me that no she couldn't do the service. I have come to the conclusion that she decided for me that because I only needed one custom logo embroidered on one item she felt it would not be worth it for me to pay for the service. Price was not an issue for me mind you, But she decided that she had to deny me the service because it would be to expensive for me. I would have gladly paid the fees she was asking for a custom item but because she decided that it was too expensive for me she has now lost this sale. I hope she sees this and learns from this experience. read more
