I was looking for a business that would be able to embroider hearts on my canvas tote. I consulted with different ones, but had the most positive experience with Golden Stitch by far. Everywhere I was looking only seemed to do business logos, but Golden Stitch was flexible with what kind of designs they were willing to do. They were very reasonable with pricing and Nicole helped walk me through exactly what the bag would look like/where the placement of the hearts would be. She was able to do it in a week, not rushed -- just standard service time. The embroidery is perfectly aligned and neat. I am so happy! Thank you Golden Stitch and Nicole.

Nicole is amazing!! She does such good work and is very diligent and helpful with everything! Very quick turn around and is always very responsive . 10/10 would recommend!!

Sophie did an amazing job with my USC sash (stole). I got a lot of compliments about it during my graduation and many people wished they thought about customizing their sash. It's very memorable and worth it because the more I invested in customizing my sash, the more excited I was about showing it off during graduation. I recommend building your sash on https://www.pridesash.com/ and then emailing her a screenshot of it so she knows exactly how you'd like it to be. I'll admit, at first, Sophie seemed a bit abrupt answering my questions over the phone. I thought I'd be receiving poor service, but she's very nice to talk with in-person. It's probably because she gets a lot of phone calls asking for quotes on sash embroidery. I ordered mine's a bit late so I paid $40 to get my full name, school name, and degree to be finished within a week. I also paid $15 to get USC's logo stitched onto my sash. Sophie is very experienced and knowledgeable about sash customization because she gets a lot of sashes coming in during grad season. She knew the best placement of the school logo, matched the font I requested, and had the exact thread color to match my sash's original thread color (golden yellow). If you're looking for a sash embroidery, go to Sophie!

Nicole saved our Christmas this year! We had ordered one of those customized kid chairs from Pottery Barn and they forgot to send the entire outside of the chair. I was able to track down a plain one and found the Golden Stitch to see if there was any way to get it embroidered. Nicole was so kind and did a 1-day turn around for us. I'll be forever grateful and the end result was perfect. Great shop with excellent customer service.

I needed some embroidery on 6 new work shirts. Sophie was patient and explained what would work best with my shirts. She showed me embroidery examples and helped me pick out font and font size for the best look. On top of the great initial service, she delivered a couple days before her estimated finish date, even though she was getting over a cold. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality embroidery work. The shirts came out great. read more

They told me to email a file - but didn't understand the different between text in an email, and an attached file. Then, while talking on the phone (or trying to), she could barely speak or understand english. After several minutes of trying to communicate, I finally gave up. There are A DOZEN other places nearby. If you speak english, look elsewhere to do embroidery business. read more

I was looking for a local spot to have some patches,shirts & sweaters made, this was my first stop. When I got there my first reaction was 1 single small embroidery machine = over charge for items. Sure enough after a few minutes of speaking I was quoted 250-300 dollars to have a 12" by 11" single color patch " designed to have the machine make my patch, and about 65-80 for each single patch ..: then I went to another local placed called " keeping the score custom lettering " and I wayyyy cheaper read more

Reasonable time to get product back. Explained options on how certain requests couldn't be made because of stitching. Also helped show examples on her computer for font and spacing. Then helped with color or stitch as to what would stand out more but blend with color of item. Thank you so much. It looks great. I had 3 different interactions with this business, through email and on the phone, and Sophie has ZERO customer service skills. I'm all for an honest sales person but rude and disrespectful should not to be confused for honesty. She clearly is doing very well as a business because after communicating with her for 2 days she ultimately told me that no she couldn't do the service. I have come to the conclusion that she decided for me that because I only needed one custom logo embroidered on one item she felt it would not be worth it for me to pay for the service. Price was not an issue for me mind you, But she decided that she had to deny me the service because it would be to expensive for me. I would have gladly paid the fees she was asking for a custom item but because she decided that it was too expensive for me she has now lost this sale. I hope she sees this and learns from this experience. read more

These guys are awesome! This is one of the few stores in So.Cal that offers quality T-Shirts made with thick cotton and a nice fit that last forever. Everyone else sells shirts that are thin and cheap. Golden Stitch sells quality material shirts that will last forever and a super price! Also their hats are fantastic. Most baseball caps you see now are cheap material and expensive prices. Not these guys! You really need to visit the store and see for yourself what they offer. Thanks again guys! read more

I got my sash for graduation embroidered here and they did everything to my liking. They were upfront about the cost and even sent me a text before embroidering it to make sure I liked the outline etc. I definitely recommend this place! read more

This is the perfect place for anyone who needs any embroidery work done. I have had her work on 4 different designs for shirts and 1 design on sweatshirts in the past two years. I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

Until recently where more stuff was forgotten (invoices/details) and nothing was made up for it on my end. My order was missing items - I realized after the fact my email/details were correct but were left off the final - invoice. The owner Blake is pretty unprofessional, called me for what I thought was going to be a conversation explaining the situation and how it could be easily remedied on both sides, instead he basically politely told me off and then hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. Then when I called the next day I realized they had blocked my phone number - not sure what type of business they're running. You can get just as good prints (full color service as well) from Craft Works Printing in Orange and much nicer service. Plus they aren't ran by a guy who obviously wants to be streetwear industry head lol In short, stay far away there are better printers in OC that can run 12+ screens.
