Very clean and modernized theater. I went on a Tuesday when ticket prices were only $5.75. The staff were cleaning the building when I arrived and were still cleaning after the movie. Why am I just realizing this theater was operating?!?? So close to home I am happy to know it's up and running as this will again be my go to theater!!!!! I have recently gotten back into going to the movies and this one was a good experience for me. One of the greatest things I like about this theater is there was not an excessive amount of previews. The previews have seemingly gotten out of hand!!! (30-45 mins of previews, is NUTS) You have the option to reserve seats which I love. The chairs are super comfy, they recline---woohoo! I find this to be a stupendous addition, which happens to be the VERY nice sized trays for your snacks. I noticed that some complained about the sound and the cold temperatures. I was in theater 2 which is a smaller viewing room, which I really enjoyed. The sound? Normal theater sound to me. I don't recall my Apple Watch picking up excessive sound. Cold? I always make sure I wear a sweater or a hoodie to the theater so no complaint there. I did however notice when I was leaving that people actually brought blankets in with them. The only complaint I have is the popcorn. The small is HUGE for one person. It was about $9 and it was super meh. I guess the hot butter is not an option? I didn't ask, I guess I didn't need it anyway. It was also lacking salt. There is an option to purchase the popcorn seasoning by Kernel Seasons though. All in all, I am ecstatic that this theater is open (ok, I know, I'm late, but whatever...lol). I will be a frequent guest. read more

I hadn't gone to the theater since it changed ownership from the old Brassfield. We went to see the new "Goat" movie in theaters, and we quite enjoyed the experience! The ticket and concession prices are reasonable, but the real prize is the wall of draft beers on tap. Absolutely delicious, with a great selection of around 20 beers depending on availability. The theater itself is on the smaller side, the sound quality can sometime come across a little hollow without the power and density of some of the larger theater sound systems. Our seats were comfortable recliners. The theater itself was cleanly and well-managed, staff were very considerate. Will definitely come again! read more

Cashiers are rude. They can't speak clearly or speak without having an bad attitude. When you pay for concessions they do not fill your drink or popcorn. Overall experience I would not return. Concessions more than movie ticket. read more

I was so bummed when the original brassfield theater closed permanently after covid. It was my go-to spot for a rainy Tuesday $5 movie. Hearing that it was reopening under a new company was so exciting even if they didn't offer that special because it's such a convenient location to me. However, they did bring back $5 Tuesdays, so I am one happy girl! The new renovations by Golden Ticket are incredible!!!! It is spacious, bright, and clean inside. They offer a ton of new foods, including wings, pizza, and even hot dogs. Best of all, they have several self-serve beers on tap to elevate your movie experience. I went to see Madam Web (the movie itself sucked, don't waste your money), and the theater we sat in was so comfortable. The chairs could lay back, and they were well-spaced. You could tell they had redone everything from the floor to ceiling. It looked fantastic and I will be back. read more

We had heard about this place but hadn't had a chance to go for a while. From what I understand, it used to be Brassfield cinema and new owners purchased and made it amazing!! They have all of the normal theatre food, such as candy, popcorn, nachos and sodas. What we enjoyed was the tap wall. You purchase a card and put money on there, up to $30. Then you can scan your card at the tap wall. It charges by the ounce. The average was about 60 cents per ounce. Great selection of beer. The theatre was probably one of the nicest I have been in. Reclining leather seats that were even heated. Fit with cup holders that seemed to keep the beers cold to me, and a slide out table. The sound in the theatre was amazing and I wasn't freezing like I usually am in a theatre lol. Only thing I would recommend is not to sit on the back row because the top of the seats in front of you will block your view if you recline and they don't. All other rows were more on the down slope than the back row, so I don't think this would be a problem anywhere other than the back row. read more

I bought the annual popcorn bucket for $5 refills. I can't go to a movie and not have popcorn. I'm glad I splurged as this theater was very inviting and is our new place to see films at. We watched the preview screening of the Sound of Hope at Golden Ticket Cinema. I hope that movie inspires a lot of people to give to their community... I heard this theater was terrible before (my friend's daughter got rashes), but now it has all new recliner seats. The place is quite clean. It's easy to get a ticket online, reserve your seat, and have your barcode scanned to watch the movie when you get there. I haven't ordered food here since it's so close to my place and I'm always full when I go to the theater so I can't comment on it yet. read more

Let me set the record straight. Matinee prices in the area 10.95 in HP 12.95 at Friendly. So the only Comp is the older place in Midtown which is also 8.00 and is basically the same type of place. But on to GT. Nice and refreshed. I bought a 22 dollar bucket of popcorn. Why? Because my family sees movies almost every month. 5 dollar refills will make this bucket a real money saver in the long run. The fact that drinks cost a lot? Hello?? It's. Theater. I think it's a wonderful addition to Brassfield. They have all sorts of concessions. Fried Cheese Kurds!!! The popcorn is awesome and the people are super friendly. Sunny and Ashley(the manager) are super kind and everyone is accommodating. The theatre itself is new and the seats are awesome. They come with a tray that you sit all your food and drink on. The place feels more family oriented and not corporate like Regal. They have free kids movies on Monday for the summer and even have tap beer you can pour yourself. We've been half a dozen times and each time has been wonderful. read more

Cute place with seat service and a beer wall. We had seats in theater 6 seat H8-9. I don't recommend sitting in row H because it's level with G. Luckily no one sat in front of us so we could lower the seats to see the movie. We got beer from the beer wall which was super cool. You don't have to wait in line for service. We didn't order food but noticed they deliver all the way until 20 minutes into the movie which is also nice. It's an older building which could use some modern decor in the lobby but the recliners were new and super comfy. They even have heaters built in. read more

This location used to be my theater of choice when it was Brassfield Cinemas. I visited recently for the first time since it has changed over to Golden Ticket and I was pleasantly surprised! It had the same feel as the old theater but greatly improved. The tickets and refreshments were affordable, which is rare these days. They have an annual popcorn deal where you can purchase a reusable bucket for $11 that includes a free refill the day of purchase. Next time you visit, you can refill for $5 which includes an additional free refill that visit. The theaters were very clean and the seats were comfortable and reclined. I enjoy the layout being all on one level with a gradual slope. It makes the theater more accessible and improves the view from any seat in the theater. This was tough. We've waited for 3yrs for Brassfield to open back up and were excited a yr ago to see that someone he's purchased the theater and were revamping it. Our visit today was ok but lackluster. The seats are a million times better and the screen/audio were good but this is supposed to be a niche theater and seemed just like the old Brassfield but with new seats. There isn't anything amazing about the concessions and this is supposed to be a theater/ale house but there wasn't any ale!!? The movie price for a matinee was similar to other places and the drinks and popcorn are just as ridiculously priced. They even give you the option to tip on the drink you get yourself? It's nice to see this theater come back to life! It's a nice, new, clean theater, but it's still a small theater, which I like. The new recliner seats are so comfortable and there is plenty of room to walk by with the chair reclined. The tray table on each chair is actually a decent size, with a cup holder. They supposedly have food that they'll deliver to your seat, but we didn't order. In a movie, I'm all about the popcorn anyway. With that said, I don't feel like I got fresh popcorn and since we were there the first showing, I was disappointed. It really did taste like last night's popcorn. Once the movie started, they never dimmed the lights, causing an awful glare on the screen. Someone eventually got up and said something and it was fine after that. They just opened a week ago, so they're still figuring things out obviously. We'll see. read more

I just want to say that this theater is amazing compared to others I have been to in the past. The food tastes amazing, and they also deliver to the seat. The sound and video quality is a hit or miss, and I'm pretty sure that's more of a studio thing, not the theater's fault. Unfortunately, there is a huge con when coming to this theater. Many of the associates are so kind and wonderful, but there is a manager who works there and is always there when I go, and he is rude and disrespectful at times. The presence he gives off as a manager seems laid back and lazy. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of proactive communication, which has led to delays in addressing critical issues like mine. I was watching a movie Saturday Night, and it was great and all, but I saw some management skills that were unprofessional and inappropriate. I think Golden Ticket needs to do some careful consideration of management. Other than this particular issue, everything else is fine. read more

The beer tap is a rip off!!! Paid $10 for a card and when I dispensed it read that it was 11oz when clearly it was only half a cup (about 6 oz). And same happened to my brother. They need to be reported to the ABC board to start a full undercover investigation. read more
