My issue first tis that the staff really seems like they dont want to be there. They are rude and they do not have any communication skills. They had 2 lines when we got there and didnt communicate if one was tickets and 1 was concessions. It looked like 2 likes were open so when the customer in front of me got their items and left I moved up. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with workers all over and no one coming over to me or asking me to move to the other like all the while the other line is moving and a ton of people behind me got their items before me. After the 5 mins I said something to a worker and they were very rude to me and said there was only 1 line open. I decided not to buy any concessions. The prices are the other issue. You used to get an unlimited refill popcorn bucket for $9 which already is a lot considering it cost them like 10 cents for that amount of popcorn but they aren't profiting enough already so they got rid of the bucket for a bag and now you get 1 refill. It was an annoying and bad experience.

The popcorn was a good size for a small and I could add my own butter. The nacho chips came in a bag and then i had to empty them into the box they gave me. Same thing with the cheese, it came in a little cup, but surprisingly it was warm. The theater room itself was clean which was nice. Something I really enjoy about coming here is the seating. The screen size was big and the volume of the movie was loud, but not excessive. I was also happy with the comfy reclining chairs. A couple of detractors included, 1- the reclining chairs were a little beat up; 2- there were a lot of commercials (in addition to some previews, which are welcome) shown before the movie, the lobby is small and there really wasn't much of a place to wait before entering the theater. Overall my experience was good. They have membership programs, which are definitiely a good value for frequent visitors. For an infrequent visitor, like myself, the Tuesday discount was perfect!

The parking deck allowed for entry to the building from the 3rd deck. Elevators are available, however I took the stairs for a more scenic route. I didn't feel cramped, likely because I was seated on the end of a row. Even with a mostly full house, my view of the performers was not obstructed. I wasn't sure which dates would be available but was able to obtain tickets to the Wednesday show. From start to finish the staff was extremely helpful. It was nice to see an actor from some films I'd previously seen on a different platform. Though I didn't partake, the bar was stocked with small snacks & beverages, both non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages. There was also seating on the second level above the bar area to relax or even grab a drink before the show.

It was a quick walk through a park which was lovely and also had some directions along the way. Once we got to Tanger the attendants inside directed us on where to go and everything was very smooth to get in. The front entrance was crowded since it is a smaller venue but once we got upstairs all the same services were available for drinks and snacks and there were not a lot of patrons around yet. I was a little confused as to where to go at first but again the attendants were very helpful and showed us how to get to our seats. Our seats were good too I feel there isn't a bad seat in the house with how the center is set up. I will totally be back when there is an event that doesn't come closer to me.

The theatre is beautiful and very clean. Everyone on staff is helpful and friendly. It is easy to get to in downtown High Point. A couple of negatives: my son, who is 9 had a hard time seeing because of the adults in front of us, so, you may want to keep that in mind if you have younger kids with you. We have had to change seats, or let him sit on his knees each time. Lastly, the parking. I am very grateful for the free parking that is a very short walk away. What is unfortunate about the parking lot is it is very secluded. I would never go without someone else with me. They do have a police officer at the theatre door, but the parking lot would be out of ear shot and cannot be seen because of the surrounding buildings.

Whether it is their rendition of Steel Magnolias, or an original play written by Mr. Nierle, such as Ebenezer's Trailer Park Christmas Spec-Tac-Yule-R, this troupe of actors are the finest around and Nierle is simply inspired. OSCT has performed Off-Broadway, and that is exactly the sort of performance you will see with every production. I cannot recommend this theater enough. Go see!
