I am happy to say that this office is wonderful. The staff are so helpful, tentative, and caring. Dr. Moriyasu is patient, listens, and makes sure he has covered all issues and questions. Different ladies and both were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining eye health. I will say the front desk staff seem a bit overwhelmed and not as skilled on the operations. Then all was redeemed when I worked with Genesis on frame selection. She was so patient and gave me honest feedback on the styles. I'm pretty sure I tried on at least 20 frames and she was so great throughout. Luckily I landed on 3 different frames so it wasn't all for nothing. Hope you get to work with Genesis on frames.
