I wrote a review back in Feb/2018 when this place was REALLY GOOD when Mark was there, well, it's 2026 and Mark is no longer there and the CHANGES has not been good. Let's start with the service itself: to get an hour and a half (90 minutes) it's supposed to be $45, I was charged over $50 and I was told that this was because "deep tissue" costs more. This was NEVER the case when Mark was there and it was NEVER mentioned in any ads prior or current. That should've been my 1st red flag! Now let's get to the masseuse: his name was Kevin and he proceeded to give me the WORST deep tissue massage that I've ever had. (1) he seemed to be offended by black people- yes, I could tell from his hesitant and standoffish behavior such as him turning up his nose and rolling his eyes! (2) he DIDN'T hit ANY of the areas that were causing tension in me such as my knees and right lower back! (3) his overall technique was that of a THAI/SWEDISH massage and NOT a deep tissue. His technique was COMPLETELY OFF!!!!! (4) the worst part? He FOLLOWED me around to "ensure that he got a tip." It was so bad that even the front desk noted this and was disturbed. This was THE most disturbing interaction that I have ever had in a massage clinic and I WILL NOT BE BACK. Do yourselves a favor and got to a LEGIT massage clinic because this is NOT it. They say that you get what you pay for and TRUST me, you do indeed! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! read more

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 10 years. While there are many massage businesses out there, this is the only one that offers legitimate massage therapy. Other massage businesses cater to less reputable needs. What we have learned is that you should try all the massage therapists, both male and female. Eventually, you will find the one you have a positive synergy with. We have been using Sally, who is one of the best. Jenny and Linda are also good. We haven't tried the male massage therapists but have heard great things about James. We highly recommend marking up the small paper to indicate where you want them to focus before your massage. Keep your English conversation simple and hand them the marked paper so the massage therapist will know. read more

I recieved the worst massage I've ever had in my whole life from this place. It's not my usual place but was highly recommended by my sister and friend so I went with my sister and mom for a girls day. Their massages were great, but mine was so bad that I am so sore and bruised from the lady massaging my BONES. I asked for medium pressure and I feel that was the right pressure but this lady was massaging all the wrong places. First she started with my scalp which was nice but she kept pausing to do something every 15 seconds. Then she moved to my right shoulder and oh boy. She kept repeatedly pressing into my collar bone for a good 10-15mins. I expected to have knots around my neck so I was expecting some discomfort but she was really digging in there. Then moved on to my left shoulder which felt okay but then her hand would stop moving even though she's still touching me, then start again, stop, start again like she was doing something else/distracted. Pretty sure she was on her phone or something and only did the left side like 5 mins max. Then comes the strangest part to me, she massaged the tops of my feet and hands... you know, the bony parts??? Didn't massage my palms or soles of my feet where you're supposed to massage. Then she massaged my shins, where the BONE IS. Also she removed my shirt by pulling it down to my waist and totally stretching out the neck of my shirt, and removing my bra as well even though there was a man right next to me getting a massage as well! (I didn't know him) Anyway, then she bent my arms and crossed them behind my back and pressed down on them to stretch im assuming but I swear she was going to break my arms with the way she crossed them and pressed down. My sister and mother said their masseuse did similar things but not the way she did to me and their massage was great. Well, comes time to leave and tip and I thought I was being nice by even giving a $5 tip for such a terrible massage when the lady at the front demanded more tip money! They have a sign up saying $15= good $20= excellent etc with $15 being the minimum So it's not $45 for an hour and a half, it's really $60 for the worst massage of your life. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a deep massage I'm a big guy weighing at 230 pounds the lady working on my was mostly just gliding her hands on my skin with no pressure and mostly just wiping me with a towel towards the end I walked out unhappy the lady literally chased me and my girlfriend towards our car demanding a tip when I told her that it wasn't even a good massage I usually tip but if you're yawning as well as taking the time to grab oils and hot towels then giving a so & so massage you do not deserve a tip. I do not recommend this place to anyone around the area please save your money. I'll like to add in here as well that if you get an hour massage they will end it 15 to 20 minutes sooner. 1 star because can't do lower. They were cheap, but charge you upfront and ask for a tip up front. I was nice and gave 50% tip thinking I get a good deep tissue massage like I asked. 90-minute Massage for $43. They have private individual cubbies. Minimal light inside helps you relax more. They use hot stones and hot towels. I did notice they left the room often unsure how they made up the time they left. But overall, it's a decent massage. I decided to treat my daughter and I to an hour long massage at this place. The massage from Kevin was great for myself, but the massage from Angela for my young daughter was an abusive. My daughter said she asked Angela not to use hot stones on her, but was ignored and told, "let her do her job.I know what she's doing." My daughter is a child and Angela did not care about the sensitivity of her body or her feelings. My daughter says the whole time Angela kept telling her she needs a babysitter and that she needs to stop being such a crybaby during the massage. My daughter and I had the worst experience ever. $43 massage my daughter tipped her $7 and I tipped mine $10. Mgr brought her sign from under her desk and saying tip is $15 then reached under her desk and put up her sign which read 'Minimum tip is $10' . Isnt the law 15% plus? We are actually tipping them more. She kept yelling at us and we couldn't understand her english and walked away with her $7. So I walked back and gave Sally her $10. My poor daughter didn't appreciate the way she was handled while being massaged so she gave $7 and was whispering to me she is never coming back here again. That woman was the meanest mgr ever. No one should be treated like this. She was like that the minute we walked in. I thought maybe she's going through something. So we let it go but it was a mistake. We should've left in the beginning. My boyfriend and I have come here a few times because it's seemingly cheap but in the end the experience and price are not worth it. In our last massage they demanded $20 tip per person upfront before the 90-minute massage. Both of our massages were so horrible that we wanted them to end it before the 90 minutes were up. These people clearly hate their jobs, are rude and lack any customer service, and don't know how to properly give a massage. The woman painfully rubbed my bone area with stones instead of my muscle area. I verbally mentioned that she was hitting my bones and she still continued to target areas like the spine, shoulder blades, and collar bone. Out of the 90 minutes she probably used her actual hands maybe 20 of those minutes. Before I came in, I read all those long horrible reviews. still, I could not understand how this place stay in business for many years. I have washed my cars every other day across the street and it has been open since the car wash was built. So I ignore the reviews and came in. I am so glad I was not disappointed. You will not be disappointed. They belong in a resort spa. I've had many massages all over the world and they are definitely in the top 5. However, no place is perfect. So I would say absolutely avoid JENNY at all costs. I hear great things about Sally, but zero experience. It's not a spa experience, but as close as you can get and you simply can't beat the price. 2 hours for $58?! That's the most expensive. However, do not go and tip low. Imagine if that is the price, what they are actually being paid and think of what you are saving. Be a good human and tip well and accordingly. Encouraged to bring cash so you can tip based on how you feel it went rather than on your card before. If you pay on a card there's a $1 fee. read more

I am hesitant to leave a poor review, however my experience was so bad that I stopped my massage in the middle of it and left. Mind you, I paid full price already and left her (Angela) a 20.00 tip despite the awful massage and her abusive attitude. I feel people should know what they are getting. I read some really bad and really good reviews about Angela. I always take reviews with a grain of salt, so I was very excited when I found out Angela was working that day. Then we ended up getting her and Jim for our massages. So much so, that when my friend initially got assigned to her, I switched spots with her by following Angela to the room. Apparently this must have set Angela off. She was extremely rude and told me that she only does Medium to Hard massage. I told her that was great and what I was looking for. She repeated herself and told me that she could not do light massage. I again told her that was great as I prefer a medium massage. I stood there very uncomfortable. She seemed disgusted with me and asked if I had been there before. I politely told her no and it was my first time. She told me to take off my shirt. Mind you, the curtains were open to passersby's. She never did shut the curtain and I was so uncomfortable. I just stood there and eventually took off my shirt, standing there in my sports bra. She told me I had to take that off (pointing at my bra) and still did not close the curtain. I thought perhaps I was just not understanding that perhaps this was normal for them, however I was VERY uncomfortable. Finally I just took off my bra and faced away from the open area. Then she tells me to take off my pants. Again, not closing the curtain. I just did it and laid down. Then she proceeded to give me what I can only describe as an angry massage. I have never in my life been treated so roughly. She was throwing the hot stones and making it very clear she was annoyed or upset. When I couldn't take it anymore, I got up and told her I was done. She acted like she had no idea why I was stopping the massage and told me she was just doing her job. I told her she made me very uncomfortable and I was ready to go. I gave her 20.00 (for 45 minutes when I was supposed to have a 90 minute massage) and left. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

On my first try it was good but on my way out I have spoken with a long time client and recommended Sam. I tried him on my 2nd visit and it was amazing . I had a fantastic massage, really enjoyed myself. There was a good amount of pressure, variation in techniques like hot stones, towels, etc., and great price for one hour. BUT, the experience was all but ruined by the interaction I had at the end. I paid $34 ($1 extra for using card--massage was $33) and saw a sign that said "tips are greatly appreciated." I had a $10 bill and requested change for $5 as I'm used to tipping approximately 15% wherever I go. I would have paid $6 if I had more cash, but I planned to take $5 with me to a pedicure appointment after. I also typically tip 15% to 20% for an excellent experience at restaurants, for hair cuts, and for pedicures. When I asked for the change, my masseuse pulled a sign from her desk that said "$10 and up suggested, thanks for understanding" and told me that $10 is the suggested amount because she works harder than a waiter and did a good job. I don't disagree, it was a great massage, but it is extremely uncomfortable to be pressured into paying a certain amount for tip when a tip is usually determined by the customer. I stood there feeling incredibly awkward and pressured while she told me she wants $10 or nothing--and that I can just leave with a "free" massage if I wanted to pay her any less. She told me my initial payment (referring to the $34 I paid PRIOR to the massage) would go to her boss and I would leave her with nothing. To escape my discomfort, I handed over the $10 bill. I also wasn't looking to "cheat" anyone out of a tip for a supposedly free massage. Additionally, I was with my mother who paid tip on her card and I watched as my masseuse handed my cash to my mother's masseuse and accepted my mother's tip on card. Apparently my money was "dirty" at that point and she didn't want it. I understand that tips are important, but to guilt and pressure a customer into paying 30% for a tip, after what was supposed to be a relaxing experience, is unacceptable. read more

I had the worst experience ever, I was violated by Kevin. He continued to reach for my breasts when he was supposedly rubbing my arm pit. I was scared to pursue his actions. We where behind a curtain and no one was at the front desk. I heard someone eating in a back room, but there was no one to help me. It was dark outside. Thanks for the recommendation from fellows Yelpers. I was worried about the bad reviews but seeing the recent reviews from women and the 4-5 stars, I went for a 60 minutes massage with James. Absolutely professional and relaxing. I've been here before-- before pandemic and they have changed some things... separated massage areas "private" using curtains, hot stones and hot towels to relax your muscles. As for the bad reviews, I hope they got rid of the terrible masseuse; but i highly recommend James. He was very polite, professional and got my knots out. Worth it! read more

My GF and I have been here a number of times. The quality of the massage varies widely. We went yesterday and experienced the same thing; my masseuse James doubled as the receptionist and masseuse and he was great ! However my GF had a less than great experience, once again, with her female masseuse who was too talkative (with another employee) and was not listening to her client's responses to her questions throughout the one hour massage. Overall the experience is improving under what seems to be new management; we suggest you book during their slow times (we went at noon on a Sunday) to enjoy the best overall experience. read more

My friend took me as a birthday treat. We were greeted by front desk lady, who informed us that there was only her and a man available. I took her. During the first half hour she left midst massage MULTIPLE times to tend to the front desk. Then, she came back with the phone on her ear to one-handedly massage me while she spoke on the phone pretty loudly. When she slapped me with the towel I said "ouch" and she replied that that's how it needs to be "to get the air out". I've had a massage twice here and unfortunately will be my last. My massage was ok, but my husband's was not too great due to the fact the man was a smoker. Every time his fingers went to his face the disgusting aroma of smoke would hit his face. They apparently had a "$10 suggested tip" sign I didn't see so when I provided a $10 tip for both my husband and I, I was chased down by the receptionist questioning me. She kept saying its "suggested" to do $10. I asked if it's suggested or mandatory and she said it was suggested. As I awkwardly looked at her, she said I would have to talk to someone. After everything, no one talked to me and she just asked if I'm going to pay or not. I provided my card for the third time ($1 extra charge each time except the last). Tip for this establishment: either raise your price to cover the low wage you give your employees or put it as a MANDATORY instead of suggested $10 tip.
