After getting numerous estimates from other companies I came across Goldenberg Buliders on the internet. I dealt with Sean Fox. He came out the day after we spoke to look at the work I needed done and sent over the proposal the same night. After doing more research I discovered the reviews about Goldenberg on Yelp. I decided to hire them after talking more with Sean Fox. We scheduled for weekend work and had the bad luck of weather not being cooperative with our schedule. They were completely on top of the situation and called to reschedule for the next weekend. This unfortunately happened 3 weekends in a row, and all 3 times I was called 2 days in advance to be notified that the weather was not looking good and would need to reschedule again as I am only available on the weekends. Finally this past weekend was clear of bad weather. They showed up at scheduled time and finished the work within a couple of hours. Spoke to Eden and have Goldenberg redo my roof. While other contractors told me it will take from two to three days, Goldenberg finished the entire job in a bit less than a day. I was both surprised and grateful. The workers lay down multiple layers of tarps to protect my driveway and stairs before removing the old shingles. When a group of workers took down the old shingles, another group is busy removing and loading them onto the dump truck. As the new shingles were laid, the tarp was wrapped and removed and a sweeper was used to pickup any residual debris. When the job was done, it is as if everything was left the way they were beforehand with the exception of a brand new roof. I was amazed by the efficiency and the cleanliness. The workers were professional and took care of my every request. The work done was delicate and precise and attention was taken to address even the smallest detail.
