The original masseuse found the knots in my back, neck, shoulders, and left hip and went straight to work. But midway through the session, someone else entered the room and took over without warning. First off, her hands were freezing. Second, she was completely worthless--zero pressure, no deep tissue work at all, just loads of oil and light rubbing. She "worked" on my right leg, but did absolutely nothing to address the muscle tension. By the end of the session, I was drenched in oil and literally walking with a limp because my left leg had been properly massaged by the first person, but my right leg received zero actual treatment. To make matters worse, when my girlfriend (who had the same masseuse for her entire session) approached the manager about why my therapist was switched, the manager's excuse was: "Oh, because it was her turn." No apology whatsoever. The manager just casually said, "When he comes back, he can request the full session be with the original masseuse." There will not be a next time.
