The salon is located in the strip mall with Lola's Cafe and Buffalo Wild Wings. Parking is out front and you enter the salon through the icon Salon doors on the first floor.  It's a beautiful clean salon. Roxanna uses the air suction cupping method. She checks on you to ensure that the pressure is right. We also had a nice chat while she maneuvered the cups around my back.  She explained the whole process before we began. This was a much needed cupping session. My shoulder/neck we're feeling tight before I called Roxanna. After my treatment, the tightness was gone. Very clean location & Roxanna is super friendly. t. I was visiting family and knew I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I looked up spas that were close by and found Refresh Massage just down the street. I booked my appointment online for the following hour. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brian (?) who said Sara would be just a moment. The lobby was very clean. They have a menu of services listed along with a note of which services they do not...it was amusing and disturbing that they needed to acknowledge these "requests." Sara came out and showed me to a clean, tidy room. I wasn't sure of which service I needed and after discussing it with her it was decided that the Focus massage would be the best. She did my neck and shoulders over a thin sheet which was not uncomfortable. Towards the end she did use some oil on my neck. She used the perfect amount of pressure for me and she was very kind.
